Research On The Optimal Path Of Business Environment In Qinhuangdao Economic & Technological Development Zone

Business environment is a comprehensive manifestation of economic,social,administrative and other factors in a region.Under the new background,it is realistic and forward-looking to study how to optimize the business environment of Qinhuangdao economic and technological development zone(QETDZ).It can not only provide reference for QETDZ to optimize business environment,but also provide reference experience for other regions to optimize business environment.Starting from the reality of QETDZ,this paper designs a business environment survey questionnaire,and based on the results of the questionnaire,to explore the specific ways to optimize the business environment.Put forward further perfect policies and regulations to provide policy basis for optimizing business environment,continuously deepen the reform of government affairs,provide government affairs convenience for optimizing business environment,fully improve the supply of essential factors,To optimize the business environment to provide material protection and other suggestions to optimize the business environment.In order to make a scientific and reasonable study on the business environment construction of QETDZ,this paper analyzes and studies the business environment of QETDZ by consulting literature,comparing research,investigating and so on.Through investigation,it is found that there are still many shortcomings in the construction of business environment in QETDZ: the policy stability is not strong,the implementation is not strong enough,the land resources are scarce,the labor force price is rising,the investment and financing convenience is not high;Service-oriented government construction is not in place,government service level still has room for improvement and so on.In the process of research,this paper is different from the traditional research method of universal business environment.In the research,it fully considers the particularity of the development zone in terms of region,historical evolution and policy system,and attempts to explore the business environment evaluation system of the development zone.And focus on optimizing the development zone business environment path.
