| Taking H Real Estate Co.,Ltd.as an example,this paper studies the status quo and some existing problems of the company’s management plan and financial management level through the field investigation and interview method.From the management level,the paper analyzes the application of tax incentives in the H project’s tax planning scheme,the tax planning of public facilities and garages,and analyzes the company’s cost and deductions from the financial level.Planning for income and settlement methods.After the overall analysis and evaluation,it was found that the tax planning of H Real Estate Co.,Ltd.was not satisfactory.Through in-depth understanding,it is found that the essential problem is that H Real Estate Co.,Ltd.does not understand the strategic objectives of tax planning and does not have a long-term perspective to understand the true meaning of tax planning.The company’s after-tax profit is maximized,and the management system is not perfect.Insufficient overall capacity of the planning staff department has increased the company’s tax-related risks.After understanding and analyzing,it is necessary to analyze the reasons for the problems from the perspective of the design of the system,the effective mechanism and the overall ability of the planning department.It is because the top management of the company did not attract high attention and did not establish a tax planning supervision,incentive and risk management system.There are deviations in the understanding of the tax law,the lack of professionalism of financial personnel and the lack of introduction of professional talent.Therefore,for the cause of the problem,H Real Estate Co.,Ltd.provides suggestions for improving the understanding of top-level people design,improving communication,incentive and risk control mechanisms,and improving the business capabilities of the tax planning department. |
