A Study On Influencing Mechanism Of External Knowledge Network Embeddedness To Innovation Performance

In the era of knowledge economy,the role of technological progress in economic and social development is becoming more and more prominent.It has become a trend that enterprises rely on innovation to win market competitive advantage.The key to whether an enterprise can achieve the innovation results as soon as possible is the organic combination of external innovation resources and its own technological advantages.The existing research results of innovative network theory have proved the advantages of communication and engagement among heterogeneous groups well.Therefore,only by actively seeking to build an effective internal and external innovation network,can enterprises improve their innovation performance and gain sustainable competitive advantage in the fierce market competition.Although research on enterprise innovation network has achieved fruitful research results,it is more about the relationship measure between the network structure and innovation performance of industry groups and regional enterprise groups.From the point of view of internal and external network embedded in the enterprise,there are relatively few research on the impact of enterprise innovation performance.The research on the embeddedness of internal and external networks in research methods and data sources focuses on the method of horizontal large sample data to start the research.There are some shortcomings in revealing the specific impact mechanism of enterprise embeddedness of internal and external knowledge network on the enterprise innovation performance.Therefore,based on the previous studies,this thesis can make up for the deficiency of relevant research by using case studies.The main contents of this thesis include the following aspects:First of all,this thesis uses the literature research method to sort out the related research foundation of predecessors.Aiming at the dynamic change of the embedding strength of the external knowledge network which can't be observed in the large sample data,the thesis studies the mechanism of the mechanism on the enterprise innovation performance.Secondly,using the longitudinal case study method,the theoretical framework of the construction is tested.Finally,the thesis discusses the research results and puts forward suggestions for the related enterprises.By tracking the longitudinal data of an enterprise in the security industry,this thesis finds that the embedding strength of external knowledge network relationship positively affects the innovation performance of enterprises through organizational learning ability,and The effectiveness of inter-organizational relationship has a mediating effect on the embedded strength of external knowledge relationship and organizational learning ability;Whether we can solve the problem together in terms of embedding strength of external knowledge network depends not only on the degree of trust and information sharing among organizations,but also on the type of cooperation and the stage of enterprise's own development;the effectiveness of the internal relations depends on Information sharing mechanism within departments and departments,and in the process of enterprise development,it is necessary to adjust the information sharing mechanism in the organization according to the complexity of the business in time so as to promote enterprises to effectively absorb external knowledge and improve enterprises innovation performance.
