Research On The Construction Of Decision Support Platform For ZY Company

With the deepening of information construction,enterprises have begun to face new problems and challenges.The main performance is that the data of each business department is still scattered in the various systems.It is only that a small isolated data Island has become a large data island and it is difficult to share data.Second,the data standard is not uniform,there are multiple calibers in the data,and it is difficult to find available data.Third,the timeliness of the data requirements of enterprises is getting higher and higher;Fourth,the storage is expensive and the scalability is poor.Faced with new situations and new challenges,how to use new technologies such as big data and cloud computing to help companies extract valuable information and knowledge from data to support management decisions is an issue that almost all companies are thinking about.ZY Company has been building data warehouse systems since the tenth five-year plan,followed by the construction of business intelligence systems based on ERP,and later the decision support platform with ERP as the core.With the development of technology and in-depth application,ZY Company has put forward higher requirements for deep data analysis,data sharing,and data mining.It hopes to see more comprehensive data and can flexibly use it according to needs.Traditional technologies are no longer available.Meet these needs.At the same time,considering the cost and complexity,it is an inevitable choice to build a centralized decision support platform for group companies.This thesis first reviews the related theories of management decision,decision support system,big data,and cloud computing,and analyzes the influence of new generation information technology on enterprise management decision-making and enterprise information management;The status quo of system construction,construction issues and the causes of the problems were described and analyzed in detail.The requirements of ZY's decision support platform on data integration and sharing,data asset management,data deepening applications,value mining,and typical business applications were also investigated.The analysis also elaborated the necessity and feasibility of the construction of a decision support platform based on new technologies.On the basis of the above analysis,by analyzing,refining and summarizing the cases of the same type of platform construction including Shell,Chevron,China Unicom and Alibaba,the construction scheme of ZY company decision support platform based on large data,cloud computing and other new technologies is designed.The scheme includes functions,overall architecture,application architecture,data management,application management and so on;finally described the implementation strategy of the platform,Principles,methods,and application effectiveness of the platform And from program design,project implementation,technology selection platform construction experience three aspects are summarized.The research results of this paper will be used to guide the construction and implementation of such projects of ZY and provide reference for other companies.
