Research On Post Investment Risk Management Of A Vc Company

In recent years,early investment institutions have become an important member of the investment industry.From the beginning of 2014 the entrepreneurship boom,the heat continued unabated,the number of individual angel investors is increasing exponentially.Faced with fierce competition,every early investment institution has invested less in post risk management,and this year has begun to focus on this aspect.There have been many problems in post investment management of enterprises already invested.Therefore,it is very necessary to study the post investment risk management of the early venture capital organization.In this paper,we find that there are three aspects of post investment management in the case of the three year early investment project of A company:one is that the turnover of the personnel in the investment institution leads to the replacement of the person in charge in the process of post investment management;the two is that the investor and the founder of communication is not timely;the three is that the lack of strategic planning capacity investment.Finally,through the study on these problems,And comparison of the implementation of risk management after investment of 24 companies in different industries,this paper draws a conclusion that the investment institutions to get a good return on investment in the investment management level,to improve their own ability.Ability to improve from three aspects:first,to increase the investment projects before the point of the source;second,from the investment agency brand angle;third,from the perspective of human resources.
