A Research On Risk Management Of PPP Project Of Comprehensive Pipe Corridor Project

As a modern,intensive and sustainable urban infrastructure,the comprehensive pipe gallery project has been widely developed and applied in developed countries.The construction of comprehensive pipeline corridor is conducive to enhancing urban function,promoting urban sustainability and transformation development,and improving the quality of urbanization development,with significant environmental and social benefits.However,the one-off construction investment of the comprehensive pipeline corridor is huge and the financial investment is insufficient.The financing problem greatly affects the construction process of the comprehensive pipeline corridor.It is of practical significance to actively seek effective financing methods.First of all,this article through the literature review method,and in combination with one A comprehensive utility tunnel and municipal road engineering projects,identify one A comprehensive utility tunnel and municipal road engineering project risk,A city in China,A comprehensive pipe rack and the present situation of the development of municipal road engineering project financing,in view of the specific case to establish one A comprehensive utility tunnel and municipal road engineering project risk evaluation system.Secondly,the risk assessment of A comprehensive pipe gallery and municipal road engineering project in A city was carried out,and the identified project risk weight was determined by combining questionnaire survey and AHP,so as to compare the risk factors of the project and put forward Suggestions for corresponding risks.Finally,the paper puts forward some Suggestions on risk sharing and response of A municipal road engineering project.It is of guiding significance for the development of A comprehensive pipe gallery and municipal road engineering project in other cities in the future.Based on the basic theory of project risk management,this paper effectively identified the risk list of comprehensive pipeline corridor PPP projects and evaluated the risk value of the projects in detail,and then developed a reasonable response strategy to provide reference and guidance for participating in the investment decision of PPP projects.
