Research On Influencing Factors Of Entrepreneurial Intention Of Scientific And Technological Workers In The Earthquake Disaster Area In Sichuan Province

In recent years,the Communist Party of China and the state have vigorously advocated " mass entrepreneurship and innovation " as one of the twin engines to promote the sustainable development of China's economy,and proposed a series of policy measures to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship.At present,under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of China and the efforts of the people throughout the country,the post-disaster reconstruction in the Sichuan earthquake-disaster areas has achieved great effects,and people's production and living standard has been greatly improved,but this improvement does not depend on its own endogenous power.It is mainly based on external forces that the state and society strongly help and support,and thus has certain vulnerabilities.At present,the reconstruction has already been completed,and external support forces are gradually reduced.How to rely on its own endogenous power to achieve sustainable economic development in the disaster-disaster areas has become an urgent problem to be solved.As the vanguard of the development of advanced productive forces,science and technology workers must shoulder the heavy responsibility of sustainable development in the disaster-disaster areas.Now,China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.As a leading force in the development of advanced productive forces,science and technology workers,the main force of innovation and entrepreneurship,must give full play to the key role to achieve high-quality economic development.At the same time,according to the China nationwide entrepreneurship and innovation development report in 2017,the current enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship of science and technology workers has increased,but it has not fully played its role.Therefore,by exploring the influencing factors of entrepreneurial intentions of science and technology workers in Sichuan earthquake-disaster areas,this paper can provide targeted suggestions for improving the entrepreneurial intentions of science and technology workers,fully stimulate the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of science and technology workers,and thus promote the high quality development and sustainable development of disaster areas.Based on the Marxist theory of innovation and entrepreneurship and the behavioral science theory of innovation and entrepreneurship,this paper adopt the methods of combining quantitative and qualitative research to explore and analyze the Influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention of scientific and technological workers in the earthquake disaster area in Sichuan.Firstly,on the basis of referring to the relevant maturity scales and combining with the specific situation of this paper,the questionnaires were developed,distributed and collected,and the data were analyzed by factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis by SPSS statistical analysis software.Secondly,on the basis of quantitative research,obtain a large amount of first-hand information through in-depth interviews with science and technology workers who are starting businesses in Sichuan earthquake-disaster areas,And then follow the research paradigm of grounded theory,using the qualitative research software Nvivo11 to code and analyze the interview data,and construct a theory model of the influencing factors of the entrepreneurial intention of science and technology workers in the earthquake-disaster areas in Sichuan.Through in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of entrepreneurial intentions of science and technology workers in Sichuan earthquake-disaster areas,the author finds that their entrepreneurial intentions are mainly affected by the following four factors: First,the stronger the entrepreneurial motivation,the higher the entrepreneurial intention of science and technology workers.Although entrepreneurship is highly risky,entrepreneurial success can bring them material and spiritual satisfaction that other career choices cannot provide.Therefore,science and technology workers with strong entrepreneurial motivation tend to be more inclined to start a career choice.Second,the entrepreneurial environment affects the entrepreneurial intentions of science and technology workers in Sichuan earthquake-disaster areas.A good entrepreneurial environment can reduce the risk of entrepreneurs starting a business,reduce the cost of entry,and make it more entrepreneurial.Furthermore,the stronger the innovation ability of science and technology workers in Sichuan earthquake-disaster areas,the higher the entrepreneurial intention will be.Scientific and technological workers with strong innovation ability often have certain competitive advantages,can occupy a place in this field,and have greater possibility of success in starting a business,thus having a stronger entrepreneurial intention.Finally,scientific and technological workers who are not afraid of hardships,indomitable personal qualities and " self-reliance " mentality can correctly face the difficulties in the entrepreneurial process,are not afraid of failure,and are often more willing to try their own businesses,thus having a stronger entrepreneurial intention.The entrepreneurial intention of science and technology workers in Sichuan earthquake-disaster areas is not affected by a single factor,but the result of a combination of factors.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of entrepreneurial intentions of science and technology workers,the author proposes the following countermeasures: First,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,guide scientific and technological workers to establish lofty ideal goals,maintain a good mentality,vigorously promote the spirit of hard work,and fully stimulate the entrepreneurial motives of science and technology workers in Sichuan earthquake-disaster areas.Second,enhance the innovation ability of science and technology workers by promoting innovative ideas,creating innovative platforms,and improving innovation mechanisms.Third,through the optimization of financing environment and entrepreneurial services,creating an innovative and entrepreneurial atmosphere,and strengthening the construction of talent mechanism,we will create a good entrepreneurial environment for science and technology workers in Sichuan earthquake-disaster areas.
