Abstract:With the improvement of living standards, the demand for food is increasing, however, what followed with the rapid development of the food industry is the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents. Nowadays, food safety issues have become the focus of most attention, food quality has become a key factor in market competition. Dairy products as a high-valued and high-nutritional item, highly sought after. The number of dairy industry are increasing and the market is becoming increasingly fierce. However, dairy products are so perishable that difficult to guarantee the quality and safety. What’s more, the quality management level of dairy supply chain is not high, the strategy is defective, causing a lot of quality accidents, thereby constraining the development size of the firm. Bright dairy is faced with such a problem.Bright dairy as one of the three big dairy industry in our country, have a certain size, but there are still some problems in its quality management. Specifically in the procurement, production, circulation of the supply chain. These problems greatly restricted the development of Bright Dairy. Therefore, the content of this paper is to explore the application of supply chain quality management (SCQM) in Bright Dairy, at the basis of combining the quality management and supply chain management.This paper combined the normative and empirical analysis, literature reading and typical case analysis, system and level analysis and other methods to analyze the quality problems of Bright Dairy. On the basis, form the aspect of procurement, production and circulation to research the design program of Bright Daily’s supply chain quality management, and clear the basic idea of optimization reconfiguration. Finally, give some advices to guarantee the implementation of optimization program.In the face of the fierce market competition, the performance of enterprise, to some extent, subject to the quality of the product, because many famous enterprises treat product’s quality as the key of the developing and occupy of the market, even the life of the enterprise. This paper is a research which focus on the practical of Bright Dairy, explore how to build a effective supply chain quality management which has Bright Dairy’s own characteristics. We hope this paper is useful for Bright Dairy and other dairy company, and in some extent, boost the development of dairy industry.
