Research On Application Of Accounting Informationization In Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Under Cloud Computing Mode

With the continuous progress of science and technology,"cloud computing" is a new computing model based on the Internet.Cloud computing technology platform integrates a large number of data and information resources running through the network,and users can enjoy various network services provided by service providers at any time and place.Cloud computing technology,which combines advanced information technology with novel service modes,is not only an important turning point in the development of information technology nowadays,but also the only way for enterprises to transform.Promoting enterprises to go up to the cloud in an all-round way can guarantee the success of enterprises' rapid transformation to digitalization,networking and intellectualization,so as to enhance their business capabilities,enhance their innovation space and broaden their development market.In today's context of Internet and big data,it can also promote software and information technology service industry to innovate continuously by combining the real economy and optimize the supply of reform.The supply-side structure will accelerate the construction of a modern economic system.This paper combines literature research method,case study method and investigation research method,expounds the basic concepts of cloud computing and accounting informatization,the status quo of small and medium-sized enterprises and the factors hindering their development of accounting informatization,and analyses the application effect and feasibility of cloud computing technology in accounting informatization of small and medium-sized enterprises.At the same time,combining theory with practice,through the case study of the application of cloud computing in the accounting information of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ganzhou City,this paper explores the application of cloud computing technology in accounting of Company A from the actual situation of accounting information of small and medium-sized enterprises in Ganzhou City,the environmental conditions of applying cloud computing technology in small and medium-sized enterprises in Ganzhou City,and the relevant policies of Ganzhou City on enterprise Shangyun.In order to make cloud computing technology better applied in accounting informationization,this paper analyses the problems existing in the practical application of informationization,analyses the reasons,puts forward such as how to screen cloud computing providers,how to analyze the effectiveness of trial products.At the same time,cloud computing technology will be introduced to other industries and other fields,that is,"enterprise cloud",to enrich the level of information services in other fields.
