Research On Logistics Distribution Of Fresh Fruit Products Based On Mature Curve

The output and harvest area of fresh fruit products have increased in recent years,fresh fruit products are becoming the necessity for people's daily lives,this resulting the distribution of fresh fruit products has also shown a rapid development trend,at the same time,the improvement of people's living standards make them pay more attention to the pursuit of quality and freshness of fresh fruit products.Due to the perishable and fragile nature of the fresh fruit products,the decay of fresh fruit products in the distribution process has occurred in recent years,and they have not received high satisfaction when they are handed over to customers.In order for the fresh fruit products to maintain its freshness during the distribution process,it must be combined with its maturation process and biological characteristics.Therefore,in order to make fresh fruit products are delivered to consumers in the best time zone of maturity,the mature curve of fresh fruit products is introduced,and the picking and distribution of fresh fruit products are combined.The paper through the optimization of the logistics distribution,the time required to reach each demand point corresponding to the maximum profit is solved,so as to push out the picking and starting delivery time of the fresh fruit products in the mature curve according to the consumption time in the distribution process,so that the fresh fruit products is picked and distributed in a specific time range,and then distributed to the consumers in the best maturity area,avoiding the phenomenon that the fresh fruit is unsalable and decay due to the uncertainty of picking time.The paper begins with the analysis of the definition and characteristics of fresh fruit products,and studies the definition,characteristics and specific expression of the mature curve of fresh fruit products.The farmers' professional cooperative model suitable for this paper is selected as the logistics distribution mode.The ideal model of this paper is determined according to the above analysis,the model establishes based on the maximization of the difference between the profit amount and the transportation cost,penalty cost and cargo damage cost,that is,maximization of total profit.On this basis,the realistic factors model in the logistics distribution of fresh fruit products is considered.In real life,the road congestion situation is constantly changing,and the driver also needs to rest after fatigue driving,which leads to the optimal choice of logistics distribution route have also changed.Therefore,the overall structure of the objective function is kept unchanged,and the model of logistics distribution is established by adding the change of road congestion and the situation of driver fatigue driving,so that the optimal path and delivery time will be more objective.Finally,the above model is substituted into the example for empirical research,and the above model is simulated and analyzed using MATLAB,the delivery time is obtained through the optimization process of two kinds of logistics distribution,and the specific picking time of fresh fruit products can be reversed based on the mature curve.Figure 19,table 33,reference 60.
