| With the continuous development of economy in Beijing and the rising of people’s living standards, people demand for fresh fruits is faster and safer. Now, fresh fruits logistics distribution organization is mixed and poor circulated, resulting in high transaction costs and low efficiency results. Fresh fruit cannot be distributed to consumer timely and safely. The overall cost of fresh fruit distribution and circulation losses remain high, the main reason is the loss rate of transport, storage and other logistics chain. Distribution as the end of the fresh fruit logistics, protect the standard of people’s living and fresh fruits’ circulation, and it’s has a very important practical significance. In real distribution system, distribution resources scattered layout and the assign is also unreasonable. It is necessary to integrate distribution resources to re-build fresh fruit distribution system. It is the future solution.This paper researches a method of grid management in Beijing fresh fruit distribution resources integration. In this method, I divided Beijing into five grids. The scattered distribution resources in each grid will realize unified scheduling, resources sharing and work together.The research results are as follows:From the point of view of resource utilization in Beijing to research the problems in fresh fruits distribution system. And then build a system based on the grid management of distribution resources integration in Beijing fresh fruit logistics. By building grid and non-grid simulation model, with differences in the corresponding evaluation index comparing the two models, and then verify the advantages of grid management. On this basis, put forward some policy suggestions that Beijing fresh fruit distribution system can work more perfect. |
