With the boost of the economy, the development of the internet tends to be mature.Online shopping has begun to become an indispensable part of our daily life;whereby domestic E-commerce has gained a rapid development. In recent years, the growth of China's E-commerce transactions has maintained a rapid development momentum.Under the situation of rapid development of E-commerce,the birth of fresh products E-commerce came into being. For the fresh products, development of E-commerce is rapid, the market is huge, but so far, there are seldom E-commerce could open profit model just rely on fresh products.Firstly, the fresh products E-commerce survives on fresh product order.Secondly, fresh products have a higher demand for freshness and time,in which case the cold chain distribution is preferred.Compared with the normal logistics product, requirements of cold chain distribution are higher and more complex, demanding a lot of money in prophase.Thirdly, fresh products are relatively more easily damaged, requiring specific packaging for protecting and specific external packaging for assisting issues. In this paper,we focus on the timing and cargo damage factors in the process of logistics and distribution, and build the optimized model of logistics distribution route of fresh products to ensure punctuality, low cargo damage rate and high efficiency based on reduced total cost in the process of distribution of fresh products. The paper first discusses the concept of fresh products in E-commerce environment, and then analyzes the logistics distribution system of fresh products. Then, the main models of fresh products in logistics distribution are expounded, and the shortcomings of fresh products are mentioned in the logistics distribution.According to the relevant research of timing and cargo damage needed to be considered in the process of fresh product logistics distribution,a route optimization model is established to decree the total cost, fully guarantee the freshness of fresh products, punctuality and minimize the damage to the goods in the Fresh Product Logistics Distribution. Finally, taking a fresh product enterprise in Tianjin as an example, the paper analyzes the relevant data and uses the genetic algorithm to solve the problem,so as to obtain the optimal vehicle scheduling scheme with the lowest cost after the distribution optimization.Compared with the original distribution scheme of the fresh products in Tianjin, the optimized one offers reduced traveling distance, lower costs, less distribution vehicles, reduced fixed costs and highly improved punctuality. In addition, the penalty costs are also reduced due to no-punctual-arrival.On the other hand, the distribution scheme after optimizing improves the efficiency as well as the profits in the distribution process. The optimized results show the validity of the established model and the algorithm used.
