By the acceleration of city building and the continuous burgeon of science and technique, building industrialization has begun to receive widespread attention and vigorous promotion.Among them, prefabricated components are one of the key factors to realize the industrialization of buildings. At present, research on prefabricated components mainly focuses on design standards, cost of goods, and conveyance security. There are few research on circulation of materials, such as goods van scheduling and route optimization. The main reason is that the impact of logistics in the industry has not been fully reflected. As China's industry is still in the early stages of development, the output of prefabricated components is still relatively small, and logistics management is not called the bottleneck of work. Therefore, industrial workers are more concerned about how to improve product quality and reduce production costs. However, the level of logistics management has a large impact on the cost and quality of the building. In particular, the distribution of vehicles is often not timely, and the waiting time of vehicles on the construction site is too long. These problems caused unnecessary costs and affected the construction progress of the site. Therefore, optimizing prefabricated component distribution vehicle scheduling has important theoretical and practical value.Due to the extensive and heavy scale of the prefabricated components, the weight of a single vehicle cannot meet the requirements of each construction site,so there is no need to plan the distribution route between the construction sites. The direction of travel of the vehicle is from the construction site and the prefabricated component factory. In the case where the site requirements are determined, the conveyance cost of the freight train is fixed. The key to the problem is to determine the optimal delivery sequence and departure time for each site in order to deliver the vehicle to meet customer time requirements and to minimize vehicle waiting time at the construction site. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problem of prefabricated component distribution vehicle scheduling from the perspective of customer satisfaction. The tangible consider substance contain the following sides:(1)First,a theoretical study of the trouble. This paper summarizes the related theories of PC components, customer loyalty, wagon allocation, etc.,and analyzes the distribution process and distribution cost of prefabricated components.Combined with the conveyance characteristics of prefabricated components, the key indicators affecting the customer satisfaction of prefabricated component distribution activities were determined, and the customer loyalty of cognate factors was described.(2)Secondly,a prefabricated component delivery vehicle scheduling model based on customer satisfaction is constructed.Based on the analysis of prefabricated component distribution activities, the customer satisfaction model including delivery timeliness and cargo integrity was constructed, and the vehicle waiting time optimization model was established on the construction site.(3)Finally,the vehicle scheduling model was simulated by matlab.According to the traits of the pattern, the corresponding genetic algorithm is designed.Since the model established in this paper contains two objective functions,in order to solve the problem, the linear objective method is used to transform the two objective functions into one objective function. The model and algorithm are applied to a vehicle scheduling instance assigned by the prefabricated component.Through a series of operation schemes,a series of vehicle scheduling schemes that meet customer needs are obtained, and the optimal scheme is selected according to the suitability. The prefabricated component prefabrication plant is provided with reference for vehicle scheduling decision.
