With the vigorous development of the economy,the logistics is more and more important in all walks of life,which can be described as the lifeblood of the national economy.However,the level of domestic logistics and the pace of economic development doesn't match,which is bound to drag the economic development if it is existed in long term.Nowadays,national policies refer to that we need to improve the domestic logistics level.Improving the level of logistics requires a lot of efforts,but reducing logistics cost is the fundamental purpose.Transport cost is more than half of all cost in the logistics cost,It can reduce transportation cost,improve vehicle utilization,and reduce air pollution if we make vehicle schedule more scientifically.In this paper,we study the optimization problem of vehicle dispatching in distribution center,which increases the factor of customer satisfaction.The reason for this is that today's market is the buyer's market,and customers have many options,enterprises can retain customers we have and attract potential customers by improving customer satisfaction.But the degree of customer contribution to the enterprise is different,enterprises in today's fierce market environment want to go far away need to accurately identify customers,focusing on those important customers.And we use the "customer importance" to react the importance of the customer to the enterprise,and the degree of importance will also be the weight coefficient of customer satisfaction,this is more reasonable.As for how to calculate the "customer importance" in practice,it will be based on expert scoring and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to obtain the importance of each customer.How to combine the satisfaction degree with the scheduling optimization problem,the article uses the satisfaction degree fuzzy membership function to express the satisfaction degree,and it all depend on the time when the vehicle arrives at the customer.Then,according to the corresponding conditions,we establish a mathematical model based on the shortest total distribution distance and the highest satisfaction degree.Because genetic algorithm has strong robustness and fast search ability,it has been proved by its predecessors,so this paper uses genetic algorithm to solve such problems.Finally,in the case of specific cases,the introduction of enterprise A's distribution center case.Considering the actual number of customer points is small,if the optimization is optimized according to the multi-objective,the solution space may be reduced and the algorithm may get the local optimization result.So the article will use the shortest transport distance,the highest satisfaction as a single target to optimize.First,the optimal distance is obtained by using the satisfaction degree membership function and the satisfaction weight coefficient to calculate the weighted customer satisfaction of the chromosome,and then use the "unit satisfaction distance" index to select the optimal one.And then to optimize the customer satisfaction as a single target,get a few excellent chromosomes,combined with "unit satisfaction distance" indicators selected optimal.Finally,we use the "unit satisfaction distance" indicator to select the optimal result between before and after as the final program.
