Since the 21st century,developing globalization,informatization,automation and intelligence has continued to bring changes.Market competition is intensifying.The era of knowledge economy is coming.Human capital has become more and more important,and the demand for talents in the process of enterprise development,especially the demand for high-quality management talents has a higher and higher requirements.Tianjin Port C Company is standing at an important point of changing key business areas and the mode of development.This article explores,on the premise of stabilizing the workforce,that how to make employee training more effective,to enhance the Tianjin Port C Company employees' comprehensive qualities,to further develop the human resources,to get deeper and further rational allocation of human resources,and to provide intrinsic motivation and support in order to complete transformation of the enterprise development and then gain advantages in marketization competition by optimal design of the employee training system.Based on the profile and development strategy of Tianjin Port C Company,this article will analyzes by literature analyzing,questionnaire and interview method.Based on the questionnaire data analysis,Tianjin Port C Company employee training system has some short points,such as employee training system and management mechanism is not sound,process of making up training plan is not scientific,training needs not be satisfied,training implementation ways not plentiful,training effect evaluation and feedback mechanism is not perfect.The main cause of these problems are insufficient leadership emphasis,cognitive deviation and lack of funds for training teachers.Centering on the existing problems and causes of the employee training system of Tianjin Port C Company,this article gives optimization design suggestions of the employee training system from four aspects,including the analysis of staff training needs,the formulation of staff training plans,the management and control of the implementation process of staff training,and the evaluation of the effect of staff training.Through analysis and research,this article believes that,as an enterprise in the transition period,Tianjin Port C Company should obey the strategic training model in the implementation of company management,at the same time should pay attention to the psychological condition of the management employee through training,such as psychological emotion,attitude and identity recognition.Centering on analyzing of employee training needs,making up training plan,organizing and control training and training effect evaluation,optimize and design the employee training system of Tianjin Prot C Company.And through clearing up management structure and responsibility division of labor,improving the document system of employee training,building the learning corporate culture,providing enough support in the aspect of teachers and funds to ensure employee training system running smoothly and effectively.It is expected to promote the in-depth development of employee training and management of Tianjin Port C Company,improve the level of human resource management and utilization,create more value for the enterprise,and promote the rapid,sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
