Research On Competitiveness Evaluation Of Permanent Magnet Industry

The permanent magnet industry is an important strategic industry related to the national economy and national security.While the country is vigorously developing new materials industries,Shanxi Province has also accelerated the pace of developing new materials industries,especially the implementation of new materials by the state.Since the planning,Shanxi Province has established a high-tech industrial park and a new material industrial park,which has greatly promoted the development of the permanent magnet industry.However,the competitiveness level of Shanxi permanent magnet industry is still far from the competitiveness level of permanent magnet industry in Beijing,Zhejiang,Guangdong and Shandong.The comparative advantage of permanent magnet industry is weakening,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the permanent magnet industry is facing upstream raw materials.As costs rise,the downstream market demands a harsh environment for survival and development of high-performance magnetic materials.Therefore,how to improve the competitiveness of the permanent magnet industry in Shanxi Province and develop the new material industry in Shanxi Province faster and more effectively is a major strategic issue facing Shanxi Province in transforming its economic development mode and looking for alternative industries.Firstly,based on the concept of industrial competitiveness and comparative advantage,competitive advantage,industrial agglomeration and innovative theoretical basis,combined with the characteristics of permanent magnet industry,this paper summarizes Yong from the support conditions of external environmental factors and the basic conditions of internal driving factors.The connotation and evaluation indicators of the competitiveness of the magnetic industry.The concentration and market concentration of permanent magnet industryin Shanxi Province were studied.The opportunities of the development of permanent magnet industry in Shanxi Province and the problems faced by it were analyzed,which provided a basis for further designing the competitiveness evaluation index system of Shanxi permanent magnet industry.Then,this paper designs nine indicators of environmental support competitiveness,industrial support competitiveness and technological innovation competitiveness in the evaluation of competitiveness of permanent magnet industry in Shanxi Province.The statistical data of permanent magnet industry in Shanxi Province from 2010 to 2016 is selected as a sample.The gray correlation analysis method is used to evaluate the competitiveness of the permanent magnet industry in Shanxi Province.The empirical results show that the competitiveness of the permanent magnet industry in Shanxi Province is highly correlated in the industrial support competitiveness,indicating that the development of the permanent magnet industry in Shanxi Province mainly depends on the basic production.The development of factors,and the low degree of correlation in technological innovation capabilities,indicates that the development of technology in the permanent magnet industry in Shanxi plays a lesser role.The development of technology and the permanent magnet industry will affect the competitiveness of Shanxi permanent magnet industry.After that,based on the ability of technological innovation,seven indicators of input and output were designed.The data of the permanent magnet industry in Shanxi and the major permanent magnet production bases in 2014 were compared by using the method of toscan analysis.The results show that the permanent magnet industry in Shanxi is in the technology.The comprehensive ranking of innovation ability is ranked behind.Finally,based on the above two empirical analysis results,it is indicated that it is necessary to propose relevant and relevant suggestions from the aspects of improving the technological innovation of the permanent magnet industry,so as to enhance the competitiveness of the permanent magnet industry in Shanxi Province and provide decision-making for the development of the permanent magnet industry in Shanxi Province with reference.
