As the focus of national new-energy strategic emerging industry, wind power industry keeps high-speed growing. At the end of the twelfth five-year plan, the whole national wind power capacity will reach100,000,000KW, this brings a difficult task to wind power industrialization. At present, the difficulties of wind power industrialization are that, the mainstream technology route is controversial, and the assessment index system which determines technology choice is lack of industrialization index. The mainstream doubly-fed wind power equipment program is suitable for the early first and second available zones which contain strong wind resource, but the main consumers in the future are distributed in the third and fourth available zones which contain weak and unstable wind resource, in this case, many experts are more inclined to the new developing of direct-drive permanent magnet wind power. Therefore, it is needed to establish a set of technical economic and industrialization-oriented assessment index system which orients the terminal application and meets the requirement of wind power industrialization.At first, this paper compares the differences of the monomer equipment technical and economic indexes of these two kinds of program. Then adds the regional constraints, contrastively analyzes them again, to make the analysis more applicably directional, and determines the primary scheme as well. To meet the requirements of industrialization, this paper adds the industrialization-oriented index such as project-driven employment rate, etc. This makes more practically feasible for the analysis. To make the analysis more scientific, by comparing all kinds of evaluation methods, this paper determines the combination evaluation method-AHP and entropy weight method, to build a set of technology, economy and industrialization-oriented assessment index system. Finally, the paper makes a case analysis and concludes that within the limits of third and fourth available zones, direct-drive permanent magnet wind power is more superior than doubly-fed wind power to its industrialization.For this paper, the main innovation lies in introducing the concept of regional constraints, and besides the technical and economic evaluation index, adding the industrialization index. This makes the assessment index system more conform to the requirements of the industrialization development.
