SMEs are the largest and most innovative enterprise group in China,and they play an irreplaceable role in promoting economic growth,promoting innovation,increasing tax revenue,absorbing employment and improving people's livelihood.SMEs provide more than 50% of tax revenue,create more than 60% of GDP,complete more than 70% of invention patents,and provide more than 80% of urban jobs,accounting for more than 99% of the total number of enterprises.A number of national policies and local governments have frequently issued a series of policies to promote the development of SMEs.Worried that in the current downturn of the overall economic situation,the transformation of industrial structure,and the rise of the Internet +,despite the strong support of the state,the development of SMEs is not smooth.Due to the light asset characteristics of SMEs,the risk tolerance is particularly poor.Once there is a problem with cash flow,SMEs will be destroyed.The unhealthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises will eventually lead to a deterioration of the financial credit environment,which in turn will lead to a large-scale rise in non-performing loans.Therefore,at this stage,the healthy development of SMEs and the healthy development of commercial banks are complementary.This paper analyzes and sorts out the loans of middle and lower enterprises of Jilin Bank Binjiang Sub-branch,and finds that the industry distribution of the stock customers is not evenly distributed.Generally speaking,it is in line with the economic development of Jilin City and the distribution of the industry.Then introduce and analyze the credit business process and risk control system of Jilin Bank.It can be found that as a member of the city commercial bank,Jilin Bank's credit business process and risk control system are relatively perfect.After years of continuous development and improvement,there is no Major vulnerabilities exist,but there is still a certain lag,which makes it impossible to comprehensively and thoroughly explore the many risk points of SMEs in the current situation.At the same time,through the study of credit risk theory and the summary and reflection of the author's work in the front line of credit,the credit risk of SMEs is roughly classified into three categories,namely credit risk,external risk and operational risk.These three categories of risks are the longest encounters in daily work and have the highest probability of occurrence.An accurate identification and judgment and rational analysis of these three categories of risks have important guidance for practical work.significance.At the end of the paper,based on the analysis results and experience summarized above,as well as the shortcomings found in daily work,targeted solutions are proposed.
