With the rapid development of e-commerce industry in the past ten years,competition has increased,and the management requirements of enterprises have also increased.For the management and incentive of salesmen in enterprises,it has become very important to find out how to retain excellent salesmen and improve their competitiveness,establish and optimize their salary system.This paper attempts to use the scientific salary theory as the basis,fully taking into account the group characteristics of the local private enterprise e-commerce service provider sales staff,and the actual situation of WM company,from theory to practice,re-planning and designing for WM company from the perspective of innovation and vision.The salary system finds a scientific and effective sales staff compensation system suitable for the company,thus helping the company achieve its business strategy objectives and provide reference for the industry.The salary system optimization proposed in this study mainly includes four aspects.First of all,according to the two-factor theory of salary incentives,redesign the sales staff's fixed salary and variable salary combined salary system to improve the stability of sales staff and encourage sales staff's work enthusiasm.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the high achievement orientation of the special group of sales personnel,according to the achievement motivation theory of salary incentives,set reasonable performance targets and business bonus schemes.Third,when optimizing the profit sharing model,refer to the theory of sharing wages to further strengthen the incentive orientation of the salary system.Finally,according to health care factors,optimize and improve the welfare system of sales personnel,increase the overall satisfaction of sales staff,and improve staff stability.The innovation of this research lies in the use of salary-related theory to design a compensation system for sales personnel in emerging industries.Through this research,on the one hand,we can test the applicability of these theories in emerging industries.On the other hand,we can provide practical reference for the compensationsystem of sales personnel in the same industry while solving the practical problems in business operations.
