With the advancement of interest rate marketization and the development of Internet finance,the banking industry is suffering an unprecedented impact,and competition is intensifying,especially the competition for talents is becoming more intense.Young employees are the hope and future for the development of commercial banks,and they are an important force driving the reform and development of banks.However,in recent years,the bank's young staff has become more unstable and has a high turnover rate,which is generally confusing for career development.It is imperative to do a good job in the career management of young employees.It is the objective need for the transformation and development of banks.It is the realistic need for the adjustment and optimization of human resources.It is the mission of commercial banks to achieve their employees.It is also the fundamental plan of the bank's sustainable development.This paper aims at the optimization of career management of young employees of Bank A.Based on the analysis of the relevant theoretical research on career management by experts and scholars at home and abroad,taking Bank A as an example,the questionnaire analysis method is used to systematically analyze the young employees of Bank A.The causes and manifestations of the problems are analyzed.On the basis of the analysis,the principle of A bank's career management optimization,the optimization plan and relevant safeguard measures of the career management of young employees are put forward,in order to provide reference for the career management of Bank A.
