The feed industry has been developing in a medium-low speed way since 2010,which requested enterprises made strategy adjustment accordingly.The management scheme including organization structure and HR management etc.need to be changed accordingly.Therefore,a reasonable salary system to apply for dynamic management enterprises is becoming a vital measure to make strategy goals come true and maintain HR management.This study explained current situation of HR and salary system with staff satisfactory questionnaire results.The problems including unmatchable issue between salary system and actual working value of sales staff and unfair salary and bonus system have been summarized for TS company.The marketing expansion has been split gradually into standard procedures that will be evaluated under the guidance of salary system optimization scheme and creative procedure of marketing expansion value of sales staff.Opportunity value has been transferred into current valid currency value as per quantitative general rule via analyzing first three years sales data of new customers to predict opportunity value.Investment salary will be given based on value contribution to expect this salary system to happen in a fair and precision way maximally.
