With the call of “Mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,a large number of venture companies arises at the historic moment.But for enterprises in the initial stage,they are facing with a series of problems in the operation.As companies need to translate their existing technology into product output for returns,so sales is becoming an important part after product research and development.Early-stage companies need to achieve profits as soon as possible under the condition of limited labor costs.Be restricted by limited labor costs and imperfect management system,the sales team cannot play its proper role.To solve sales problems and stimulate sales improvement,early-stage companies try various incentives and management techniques.But these incentive schemes often ignore the applicability to enterprises,so the incentive effect is not obvious.Therefore,how to tailor for the enterprise and sales team,formulate a reasonable incentive plan is particularly important.This paper takes D Company as an example,to study the existing incentive plans of their sales team,and then analyze the cause of problems and put forward the targeted optimization plan.This paper is based on the practical work,to find out the reason why the incentive plan is unreasonable is caused by management and organizational problems.Because of the limitation of labor cost in the initial stage and the inability to understand the market rules,the incentive plan is too formal.This makes the formulation and implementation of incentive programs not only do not play a positive incentive role,but also cause negative emotions.Therefore,this paper hopes to put forward the corresponding cross-post compensation incentive management scheme by studying the characteristics of enterprises in the initial stage and the relevant management theories and incentive theories.Starting from the organizational structure and management mechanism of the sales team,the existing problems can be improved by optimizing the compensation incentive scheme.In addition,it is hoped that the study and optimization of incentive plan for D company in the initial stage can provide reference and guidance for enterprises in the initial stage. |
