In recent years,with the deepening of China's financial reform and the development of the financial market,the importance and necessity of small and medium-sized banks to participate in the bond market has been significantly improved,but most of the small and medium-sized banks' bond business development is slow,the way of profit is single,and the level of income is not high.Therefore,the research on the profit model and development countermeasures of X rural commercial bank's bond business can provide suggestions for the next stage of the bank's bond business development,and can also provide reference for other small and medium-sized banks' bond business development.This paper first reviews the development of X rural commercial bank's bond business.The bank's bond business has experienced a process of development from scratch to existence,from slow to fast;it analyzes the operation status and risk control situation of the bank's bond business.In recent years,the bank's bond business volume has increased significantly,and the risk control system and structure have been gradually improved.Then,according to the research of the bank's bond business from 2013 to 2019,summed up the bank's diversified business strategy and effects;combined with the latest change trend of the bond market,to find the problems existing in the development countermeasures of the bank's bond business;and analyze the relevant reasons,including the lack of macroeconomic situation and policy research strength,the lack of sustainable and effective bond business medium and long-term planning,and the lack of early layout to cope with the narrowing of interest margin.Finally,the paper puts forward five suggestions for business development.
