It is necessary to promote rural revitalization by classification in the new era.The optimization of rural construction land use is an important part of the strategy. However, different types of rural construction land use in different geographical environments have obvious differences. Therefore,it is necessary to study and reveal the impact mechanism of regional geographical environment and rural construction land use,so as to put forward no according to local conditions Differential utilization measures of the same type of rural construction land. The implementation of the strategy of the main functional area is an important work of the national ecological civilization construction. The prohibited development areas in the main functional area planning are included in the nature reserves of the land space planning to be promulgated and implemented in2020,and there are particularity in the rural construction land of the prohibited development areas.Based on its special geographical environment, this paper defines the influencing factors of different types of rural construction land use, classifies the specific rural types of the study area according to its leading influencing factors, and analyzes the existing problems and causes of various types of rural construction land use,so as to put forward the differentiation use of countermeasures and policy recommendations. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In order to study the utilization of rural construction land in the forbidden development area in the main functional area,we should divide the forbidden development area into different rural types according to the differences of rural construction land utilization under the influence of different geographical environment factors.(2)In the main functional area, the geographical environment factors that prohibit the development of the area to affect the use of rural construction land are mainly: the number of cultivated land(total cultivated land, per capita and per household cultivated land),topography(semi mountainous area and dam area),distance from the town, traffic location and its conditions, national culture, natural resources, location in the natural protection land(such as: located at the special level and the first level Protection area or inside the scenic spot, etc.),policies and village space size,etc.(3)Geographical environment factors have different degrees of impact on the use of rural construction land. The number of cultivated land has a greater impact on the agricultural dominant type of rural areas, the location factor in the nature reserve has a greater impact on the rural areas in the suburbs, and the location factor in the scenic area has a greater impact on the relocation type of rural areas, which is unique, located in the super and first-class reserves The factors have great influence on the resource characteristic type of rural areas.(4)According to the influence factors of each dominant geographical environment and the future development orientation of villages, the specific types of villages in the forbidden development areas in the main functional areas need to be divided with administrative villages as the spatial units. The types of villages are suburban integration type, agricultural development type, characteristic development type and relocation development type.(5)There are different problems in different types of rural construction land use in the forbidden development area in the main functional area. Therefore, the optimization measures for land use must be put forward according to the problems in the forbidden development area in the main functional area.
