| The food supply is the foundation of the human's existing and development,food-safety is the key which connects the nations and areas.Farmland use which supplies the food and is non-substituted production-material,guarantees the most direct demand of human's existing,multiply and development. The old saying "Farmland is the foods' mother" tell us farmland is very important to us.The rural area residents,as the organizers of the farmland use,are the least units in the country.The Gross Agriculture Production and its growth-speed lie on the rural area residents' behavior of farmland use.Therefore,the study on the behavior of farmland land and influencing-factors in the sight of rural area residents is significant.This article took Neijiang City Shizhong district as an example,investigated 1744 residents by the field survey,discussed the rural area residents' cognition and attitude to farmland use and its institution, analysed the rural area resident' behavior of decision-making,input,the choice of technology and breed, and the influencing-factors,then found out the main factors through the method of analyzing ingredient, and it put forward correlated suggestion to promote the sustainable development of farmland.The main conclusions are drawn as follows:(1) In Le Shan City,the age of the rural area resident who lake part m the agriculture produces scatters mostly between 40-59-year-old,and the 29-year-old person takes up proportion are very small. The educational level is not high in rural area,the first place goes to elementary school and junior middle school,what absolute illiterate person(had not been at school) and high school(technical secondary school) take up little proportion.(2) In the investigation,the Le Shan City rural area resident family shares the labour force mmaber gives first place to the labour force among them for 3 people and 4 people;Per-capita amount of farmland of less than 1 mu take the most,In the rural area,the family income of rurat resident is quite low.(3) In the investigation,the rural area resident has mainly all acting on themselves,which makes good use of decision-making power.And the enthusiasm make benefit to improving the rural area resident cultivating cultivated land.Labour force is in the first palce of the goods invested in the land,and also the pesticide and chemical fertilizer sigmatisrn amounts are bigger,which means the residents are short short of method and necessary scientific sigmatism.(4) The rural area resident longs for adopting new technique and the new breed of crop,but both of which are very difficult to grasp and be put into use.The government should enlarge the on-the-spot guidance,improve new technique sigmatism,make the cultivated land sustainable use.(5) The analysis by applying the multi-variable regression model and the Logistic regression model demonstrated that age,family labour force number,grain subsidy,level of education,cultivation have positive affeciton,but sex and workmanship have the negative direction's affects.(6) The analysis by applying the multi-variable regression model and the Logistic regression model demonstrated that varible of level of education,cultivated land income,cultivation have has positive affeciton,but age and non-cultivated land income have the negative direction's affects.(7) The analysis by applying the Logistic regerssion model demonstrated that the varibles of sex, level of education,family labour force,per capita cultivated land have the positive direction effect,but the age and the non-cultivated land income are the negative influencing factor. |
