Innovation is an important support that an enterprise relies on.The source of enterprise innovation has always been a topic of academic research.As human capital employees,they are the most dynamic and value-added production factors of an enterprise organization.The employee's innovation and innovative behavior are the premise and core of building and forming enterprise innovation.However,unlike the influence mechanism of constitutional behavior,many factors can affect innovation behavior.Especially for the new generation of employees with clear personality and advocating equality,the personal characteristics of leaders,personalized management methods and the fairness of organizational management are important reasons to guide,evoke and promote their innovative behavior.Leader's emotional intelligence mainly refers to a leader's ability to evaluate,use and adjust his own and others' emotions.It is manifested in the leadership's self-emotional expression and control in the management process and the recognition and understanding of other people's emotions.This trait not only affects the leadership's own working status and performance,but also directly or indirectly affects some employees' emotional states,leading to changes in their work behaviors.At the same time,this difference will also be manifested in management behaviors and methods,which will have an impact on management styles and trigger different choices of management system design and supervision and control mechanisms.As a result,the overall working atmosphere of the organization,including the sense of constitutional justice,will occur.Variety.As an antecedent of employee innovation,leadership not only influences employee creativity through personal traits,including leadership and subordinate exchange relationships,but also affects organizational creativity,including constitutional justice,based on personality traits.Occurrence of employee innovative behavior.Based on the above,this research uses an empirical analysis method to explore the relationship between leader emotional intelligence and employee innovation behavior,and analyzes the dual path of its relationship realization-direct impact relationship and indirect impact relationship using the organization's sense of equity as a mediator.The framework of this research includes five parts.The first is the preface,which presents the research backdrop,the meaning of this research,and the novelty.Secondly,it summarizes and summarizes relevant literature research on leader emotional intelligence,constitutional justice and employee creative behavior.Thirdly,the theoretical model and assumptions of this paper are proposed.After that,the data analysis was carried out,and the process of collecting and processing data was discussed in detail.Finally,the research conclusions are summarized and the results discussed,and relevant management recommendations are derived and applied to practice.At the same time,the shortcomings of this research and future prospects are pointed out.Conclusion after discussing this article.First,the emotional intelligence of leader is positively affecting employee innovation.Second,leader emotional intelligence positively affects organizational justice and its four dimensions.Third,organizational justice(procedural justice,information justice)are positively affecting employee innovation.Fourth,organizational fairness(procedural fairness,information fairness)plays a part of mediating role in leader emotional intelligence and employee innovation.The novelty of this study is that it has once again verified the inner relationship between leader emotional intelligence and employee innovative behavior,and objectively and clearly verified the positive relationship between the two.The second is to introduce organizational justice into the model.The mechanisms of leader emotional intelligence and employee innovation behavior have been further enriched.At present,the academia lacks the exploration of the three.Third,this article clearly verifies the connection between leadership emotional intelligence and constitutional justice,enriches related research on leader emotional intelligence,and enriches research on organizational justice as an mediator.
