Study On Land Development Intensity And Moderation In Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

Land is physically scarce and has the following characteristics:first,it is fixed in location;second,it is limited in land area.The spatial basis of a city is based on land resources.Land can be regarded as an important basis for the continuation of urban functions,and plays a certain role in maintaining the competitiveness of the city.This paper takes the proportion of construction land in the total urban area as the starting point,and makes an in-depth study on the intensity of urban land development.Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei region has a superior regional position,which is of great strategic significance to the development of national economic and social conditions.From the national level,the coordinated development between the cities in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is of great significance for the construction of new urbanization in China.It can optimize the industrial layout and promote economic development.The research area of this paper is mainly Beijing Tianjin Hebei region.The intensity of land development is an important indicator to measure the level of urbanization in a region.It is also an important means for the government to implement the total amount control of construction land and realize the optimization of spatial structure in the current land use master plan.In the process of rapid economic development,the intensity of land development has been further increased.The interval value of some cities in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region has been in the range of 20%-30%,which shows that the intensity of land development of the cities in this region has exceeded the optimal interval of urban land development.As a result,there will be some negative problems,the ecological environment of the city will be further deteriorated,and then the ecological balance of the city will be broken.In this paper,from the perspective of the whole urban area,under the guidance of the land coordination theory and the thought of resources and environment bearing,the author makes a deep and systematic study on the measurement of urban land development intensity change,the internal relationship between resources and environment,the determination of appropriateness,etc.Based on the coordination degree model,this study will take the coordination of urban land development intensity,social and economic development level and resources and environment carrying capacity as the standard,determine the appropriate area of economic and social development and resources and environment carrying capacity of each city's land development intensity,so as to determine the "overall appropriate area" of urban land development intensity,and analyze each city on this basis The moderation of land development intensity.In addition,the intensity of land development in 13 cities in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is analyzed in depth to confirm "transition area" and"weak area",hoping to provide theoretical support for the coordinated development of Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,which plays an important role in accelerating the construction of new urbanization and promoting the sustainable development of urban economy and society.The innovation of this paper is to reveal the relationship between urban land development intensity and resources and environment in Beijing Tianjin Hebei area from both theoretical and empirical aspects.Based on the moderation index of economic and social development and the moderation index of resources and environment carrying capacity,a judgment model of the moderation region of urban land development intensity is established based on the theory of coordinated development,and the overall moderation region of the urban land development intensity in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region is determined.The moderation analysis is carried out for 13 cities in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,and the status of their land development intensity is finally determined.It provides an important theoretical basis for the use and management of land resources in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and a new way to judge the appropriateness of urban land development intensity.As different types of cities have many differences in land use,economic development,social conditions,ecological resources and environment,it is necessary to take measures according to local conditions for cities with different intensity of land development,make comprehensive use of governm ent land policies and relevant industrial policies,and play an active role with the help of policy tools to formulate effective land development policies.Strategy.This not only provides a new method for improving the way of land use in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region,but also has important theoretical value and practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of cities in this region.
