A Study On The Land Comprehensive Carrying Capacity In Beijing, Tianjin And Hebei Region

In the long-term human survival and development, as an indispensable material basis of natural resources and land resources, and as the basic requirement of a regional social and economic development and construction. However, with the land resources carrying capacity,need to be in a certain range(time and space) proper control, which is infinite and has the ability of bearing. Current, following the trend of the development of urbanization, many problems are a step forward, foreign population increased, man land contradiction highlights,urban transportation accessibility issues, water resource shortage, environmental quality. The factors and so on will become a social and economic area quickly and orderly and stable development of the obstacles. In the face of Beijing Tianjin Hebei three current knotty problem, which seriously degraded extensive land use, forest ecological system, these two aspects must be noticed. At the same time, follow the pace of development in recent years,rapid population growth, a surge in construction land, the contradiction between the limited supply of construction land and the land of unlimited demand for the two have become increasingly prominent. Also in the acceleration of the pace of urbanization based, process of urban expansion, followed by is transportation, energy, water conservancy, and other infrastructure with increased, construction land demand highlights a trend of rapid growth in,causing the contradiction between people and land in a region of aggravation. At this stage, at present, Beijing, Tianjin and three collaborative development has become a national important issue, the specific location of the three places have also been clear. Based on the sustainable utilization of land resources, the carrying capacity of land resources in the area of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province was analyzed and discussed.Based on the analysis of the related concepts and theories of land carrying capacity, this paper combines the natural environment, social economic situation and the actual situation of land use in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province. At the same time, the index system of land comprehensive carrying capacity is constructed by referring to the principle of comprehensive and hierarchy. Using the method of range standardization, the data is standardized and the method of coefficient of variation is used to determine the weight of the index. Finally, the use of the land comprehensive carrying force model and obtains the Beijing, Tianjin andHebei 2004-2013 land bearing force dynamic changes and 2013 Beijing, Tianjin and 13 city land carrying capacity of regional differences; finally, by using the model of obstacle degree,specific analysis of the influence of land carrying the barrier factor. The results are as follows:(1) From 2004 to 2013, the Beijing Tianjin Hebei comprehensive land bearing capacity of the whole show a rising trend year by year. Among them, in the four bearing subsystem,technical and economic bearing force and social carrying capacity of two basic consistent,rapid ascent; ecological environmental bearing capacity is steadily increasing, soil and water resources bearing force changed little overall, in recent years have declined.(2) Through the 2013 section data analysis, found the 13 cities of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei land bearing force regional differences significantly, 13 city land bearing capacity can be divided into three categories: Beijing city is divided into high bearing areas, under the Tianjin bearing stress area, 11 cities of Hebei Province in low loading zone.(3) Through a barrier model analysis, found that three of Tianjin land comprehensive carrying capacity of the obstacle factors in the four bearing subsystem, are distributed.Therefore, the need to coordinate the comprehensive four bearing system, improve the land comprehensive carrying capacity.(4) From the economy and technology of water resources, and puts forward relevant policy of ecological environment and social and cultural 4 aspects, so as to gradually complete the three collaborative development goals.
