Research On The Transformation And Development Of Z Town In S County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy is another important strategy proposed at the 19~thh national congress of the CPC.It aims to continuously solve the problem of“agriculture,rural areas,and rural residents”and realize the full revitalization of rural areas after efforts on the issue of“agriculture,rural areas and rural residents”by the Party Central Committee.Transformational development refers to transformations of past development concepts and development models such as conservative ideas and behindhand ideas.In the development model,it stresses on single development of economy and neglects the coordinated development of ecology,culture and society.Besides,it is guided by rural revitalization strategy to change ideas and development models and fully realizes the coordinated development of economical,cultural and social undertakings in rural areas.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,it has certain practical value to study rural transformation and development.Z Town in S County is a typical town in the northern inland area,and it is also a place where I have been working for a long time.Taking Z Town in S County as the research object,explores the effective method used for promoting the transformation and development of various undertakings for achievement of rural revitalization by using research methods including literature research,questionnaire survey,data analysis and so on.It also provides reference for other regions with similar situations while implementing rural revitalization strategies and it has certain practical significance.Through questionnaire survey,we analysis the status of transformational development of Z Town under the background of rural revitalization by using statistical methods.In addition,we have a better understanding of industrial development and layout,ecological livability,rural civilization,social governance,and social security in Z Town.Furthermore,we summarize the problems and shortcomings of transformation and development of Z Town in S County under the background of rural vitalization and put forward specific countermeasures.The main problems and shortcomings are the lack of ideological education,deficiency of industrial transformation,weaknesses of infrastructure construction,insufficiency of villagers'culture life,unsoundness of talent circulation mechanisms and unsoundness of social guarantee system.Therefore,the following assumption is put forward:Pay attention to ideological guidance to improve the theoretical literacy of government personnel and change backward perception of countryside inhabitant.Industrial transformation should be accelerated.Rural infrastructures should be improved.Rural cultures and civilizations should be promoted.Talent circulation system should be enhanced.Social security system should be perfected.
