Research On The Impact Of Urbanization On Green Economy Efficiency In Shandong Province

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has made remarkable achievements,its economic strength has been greatly improved,its international status has been recognized by all countries in the world,and urbanization is an important witness of China’s economic and social development.Since 2010,China’s economy has entered a new normal,facing the in-depth transformation test of "adjusting structure,speed and rotation energy".However,the lack of resources and environmental pollution caused by the rapid growth in the early stage seriously hinder the sustainable development of China’s economy and society.Shandong Province,as a large manufacturing province,has a long-term extensive economic growth,high proportion of heavy industry,and serious environmental pollution.In 2018,the work report of the State Council pointed out that China’s economy needs high-quality development.Shandong Province has entered a new stage from high-speed growth to high-quality development by actively responding to national policies and changing development concept.As the strategic core of China’s economic and social development,how to realize the new urbanization to promote the "healthy and green" development of urban economy has become particularly important.How to play a high-quality new urbanization will be an in-depth research content to improve the efficiency of green economy.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly including the research background,research significance,research review,research content,research parties and research routes;the second part defines the relevant concepts,describes the theoretical basis of the paper;the third part explores the impact of urbanization on green economic efficiency in Shandong Province,first on the level of urbanization in each region The fourth part is to use panel vector autoregressive model to study the time effect of urbanization on green economic efficiency in Shandong Province and Dubin model to study the effect of urbanization on green economic efficiency in Shandong Province The fifth part is the conclusion and suggestions,from the economic urbanization,population urbanization,social urbanization,Ecological Urbanization and other aspects of urbanization development in Shandong Province to improve the impact of green economic efficiency.Through the above research,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)Based on the results of entropy method,the annual average value of urbanization development comprehensive index in Shandong province fluctuates in a small range,and the evolution trend is relatively stable.On the whole,the urbanization level of Shandong Province is higher than that of county-level city,and county-level city is slightly higher than that of county.In the first stage,the annual average value of the comprehensive urbanization development index decreased slightly;in the second stage,the annual average value of the comprehensive urbanization development index increased gradually from 2010.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the distribution of the comprehensive index of urbanization development appears the phenomenon of "double centers,multiple convex points".The high value areas of the comprehensive index of urbanization development are mostly distributed in the coastal areas,while the low value areas are mostly distributed in the northwest and southwest of Shandong.The development of urbanization level in each area is unbalanced.(2)Based on the results of SBM model,the annual average of green economic efficiency in Shandong province fluctuates slightly,showing an upward trend.Based on the stage analysis of green economic efficiency in Shandong Province,it is found that the green economic efficiency value of Shandong Province shows a trend of first decreasing,then rising,then declining and then rising,with a fluctuating rise.From the perspective of spatial layout,the high-level and high-level layout of green economic efficiency mainly presents "U" shape layout in Bohai Bay area and small area surface distribution in Weishan Lake area;the low-level and low-level layout of green economic efficiency mainly presents "two belts + three blocks" distribution.Through the analysis,it is found that the green economic efficiency value of Shandong Province shows a steady upward trend,and its change changes from the impact of scale efficiency to the impact of pure technical efficiency.The development of green economy efficiency among regions is unbalanced,and the level of green economy in county-level cities is significantly higher than that of county-level units in county and urban areas.(3)Based on the results of panel vector autoregression,the impact of urbanization on green economic efficiency in Shandong Province is positive,and will continue to be positive for a period of time.Granger causality test shows that urbanization is the "Granger cause" of green economic efficiency,which is consistent with pvar results.Based on the results of the spatial Doberman model,the impact of urbanization on the efficiency of green economy in Shandong Province is also significant.Based on the spatial weight matrix of adjacency relationship,geographical distance and economic distance of Shandong Province,the direct effect,spillover effect and total effect of urbanization development level have passed the significance test,so the influence of urbanization development level on green economic efficiency is significant,and that of adjacent areas on green economic efficiency is also significant Facilitation.In order to refine the research,99 research units are divided into two categories for analysis.It is found that the results of urban research units,county and county-level city research units are consistent with the overall research results of Shandong Province,and urbanization has a significant positive impact on the efficiency of green economy.(4)The influence mechanism of urbanization on green economic efficiency in Shandong Province: the development of Economic Urbanization provides material basis for the improvement of green economic efficiency,the development of population urbanization provides impetus for the improvement of green economic efficiency,land urbanization provides space carrier for the improvement of green economic efficiency,social urbanization provides solid guarantee for the improvement of green economic efficiency,ecological city Urbanization provides environmental protection for improving the efficiency of green economy.The development of new urbanization adheres to the concept of people-oriented and sustainable development,reasonably plans the blueprint of economic and social development based on the bearing capacity of resources and environment,and pays attention to the common development of speed and quality,society and ecological environment,and human and nature.
