Research On Urban Innovation Space Connection And Influencing Factors In Shandong Province

Reasonable space for innovation is of great significance for strengthening urban innovation capability,improving urban innovation level,and enhancing urban innovation diffusion potential and agglomeration potential.Since the establishment of innovative provinces in Shandong Province in 2006,innovation input and output have continued to increase,but the differences in innovation capacity within the province are still obvious,and the innovation linkages between cities need to be strengthened.In order to propose reasonable policies to strengthen the innovation links of cities,narrow the gap between innovations,and accelerate the construction of innovation systems.This paper attempts to use the relationship between urban innovation space in Shandong Province,according to the relevant data of Shandong Province from 2005 to 2017,using gravity model,social network analysis and other methods.Analyze the evolution of innovation spatial connection in time and space,study the structure of innovative spatial connection network,the evolution of urban innovation spatial pattern,and analyze the influencing factors of urban innovation spatial connection.Through research,the main conclusions are:1 The intensity of innovation linkages has increased substantially,and the potential for innovation has grown rapidly,indicating that innovation links between cities in Shandong Province have increased substantially.2 The geographical distribution of innovation linkage strength and innovation linkage potential is uneven,regional differences are large,and the city’s hierarchical division does not change much.3 In the direction of innovation,it has obvious geographical proximity and centrality.4 The trend of networking of innovation linkages is becoming more and more obvious.The network of innovation links is getting closer and closer,more and more complex,and the spatial dependence in the network is gradually weakened,but the innovation network is not stable.5 The central city in the Innovation Connection Network presents a "pyramid" structure,but this situation has diminished.Regardless of the measurement method,Jinan and Qingdao are the central cities for innovative contact,with strong radiation capacity and large radiation range.6 Regional economic development level,regional opening level,science and education expenditure level,industrial structure,and infrastructure all affect the urban innovation spatial connection,and have a significant positive relationship with the network status of nodes.7 Historical and cultural factors,urban functional status and urban location factors and the opening and development of high-speed rail will also affect the urban innovation spatial connection.Finally,it puts forward policy recommendations to strengthen the innovation space connection in Shandong Province.Close the connection between Jinan and Qingdao,form a unity of innovation connection;strengthen the connection path and build a reasonable circle of innovation;improve infrastructure construction and achieve infrastructure connectivity;establish a coordination mechanism to reduce administrative barriers.
