Research On The Time-space Evolution Of Star-rated Farmhouses In Shandong Province

As the main body of rural tourism activities,the Nong jia le entertainment plays an increasingly important role in sustainable development.The prominent economic,urban,population and resource conditions in Shandong Province provide a guarantee for the development of Nong jia le.Shandong Province’s Nong jia le develops rapidly and has a large total,so it is typical to discuss its spatial and temporal distribution,the conclusion can be used for reference for the development of rural tourism in other areas,and effective guidance of rural production and life reform and promotion of new rural construction.This paper attempts to take star-rated Nong jia le in Shandong Province as the research object,and explores the temporal evolution and spatial differentiation characteristics of star-rated Nong jia le in Shandong Province from the perspective of geography,to reveal the temporal and spatial evolution law of star-rated Nong jia le in Shandong Province,and enrich the theory of temporal and spatial evolution of star-rated Nong jia le and increase practical significance.On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the rural tourism and Star-rated Nong jia le at home and abroad,this paper defines the concepts of rural tourism and Star-rated Nongjiale,guided by the growth pole theory,the point axis theory and the life cycle theory of tourist destinations,collected the star-rated Nong jia le in Shandong Province from 2011 to 2016,establishes a database,and explores the temporal and spatial evolution of star-rated Nong jia le in Shandong Province.Based on the collected 4,318 Star-rated Nong jia le,using Arc GIS10.1software for data analysis,the conclusions are drawn:(1)The star-rated Nong jia le in Shandong Province has shown an increasing trend year by year,and the overall development has maintained steady development.There are differences in the distribution of star ratings among star-rated Nong jia le in various cities in Shandong,and the number of three-star and four-star Nong jia le is the largest.(2)Analysis of the number of star-rated Nongjiale in various cities in Shandong Province,the least number of Liaocheng,Dezhou,Binzhou,Dongying and Weihai are the fifth grade,and Weifang is the fourth grade.Qingdao and Laiwu are the third grade,Heze,Jining,Zaozhuang,Jinan,Tai’an,Zibo and Rizhao are the second grade.the largest number of Linyi and Yantai are the first grade.In summary,there are significant differences in the number of star-rated Nongjiale in various cities in Shandong Province.(3)From the perspective of nuclear density analysis,Section 1 the distribution areas of West and North Shandong belong to single-core balanced distribution area,the distribution area ofarea 2 in central Shandong belongs to multi-core unbalanced distribution area,the area 3 of Eastern Shandong belongs to the dual-core unbalanced distribution area.(4)Through the analysis of scale and superiority and using the system clustering method in SPSS20.0,it is concluded that: Yantai and Linyi are diffusion zones;Zaozhuang,Taian,Jining,Jinan and Zibo are polarized regions;Weihai,Weifang,Qingdao and Heze are the areas with excessive diffusion;Rizhao and Laiwu are polarized diffusion zones;Dongying,Liaocheng,Binzhou and Dezhou are backward areas.According to the results of Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve,the distribution of Star-rated Nong jia le in cities in Shandong Province is uneven and the the concentration degree is relatively high.(5)The spatial differentiation of star-rated Nong jia le in Shandong Province is affected by factors such as economy,terrain,hydrology,transportation,policy and environment.The regional economy and residents’ income have greatly promoted the development of Nong jia le,mountainous and hilly terrain is the main distribution area of star-rated Nong jia le in Shandong Province,the proximity of rivers and oceans is conducive to the development of Nong jia le,accessibility is essential to the development of farmhouse entertainment,and shandong Province and other cities have achieved remarkable results in supporting the policy of Nong jia le.
