In order to occupy more market share in the fierce competition,real estate firms need to focus on and pay more attention to strengthening internal control and improving the management level including the implementation of scientific performance management which is a more effective means and balanced scorecard is a relatively scientific performance management tool.According to the basic principle of balanced scorecard and taking the analytic hierarchy process to conduct a comprehensive in-depth study of the performance management of H real estate company,in order to determine the performance evaluation indicators based on the balanced scorecard of H company,explore a suitable way of H company's performance management,and set up new performance management system,to solve the problems of H company's performance management.In view of the lack of consistency between H company's performance management and strategic objectives,the setting of performance evaluation indicators and the unreasonable use of performance evaluation results,as well as the lack of effective communication and feedback mechanisms,combining H company's performance management status and company's strategic objectives,this thesis aims to design a performance management system based on the balanced scorecard and apply this to Company H,then find out the obstacles and solutions that maybe encountered when applying the balanced scorecard.The results of the study indicate that performance evaluation indicators based on the balanced scorecard can ensure that performance evaluation is reasonable and scientific,and is more suitable for H company.In order to ensure that performance management based on the balanced scorecard can be the effectively promoted,it is necessary to ensure the dynamics management of performance assessment indicators,improve the level of cognition of the balanced scorecard performance management system,and improve the performance management information system.The study also found that performance management adopting balanced scorecards has an obvious and positive role in aspects such as optimizing internal management and grasping the correct direction of business development,which can provide a scientific basis for managers to make decisions.
