The corporate culture is a kind of humanistic management theory,which interacts with the social culture of the enveriment with each other.It acts mainly on the employees of the corporate to consolidate their sense of belonging enhance the team and improve cohesion the motivation and creativity.The corporate culture can not only improve corporate management level,but also play an important role in the long-term sustainable development of the corporate.In the fiercely competitive global market,it is necessary to explore the culture principle of excellent corporates.In the Sixth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee,the national strategy of "Cultural Power" was put forward explicitly.The strategy requires that Chinese corporates should vigorously carry out cultural construction,improve the overall competitiveness of corporates,export the company's business philosophy and values,to achieve "strong cultural corporates".The three levels of corporate cultural content:material,institutional,and spiritual levels,have highly compatible with the WSR system methodology,which advocated"knowledge physics,clear reasoning and universal knowledge".So,at first,according to the connotation,characteristic and extension of the corporate culture,this article uses the WSR to identify the main influencing factors corresponding to the material culture,institutional culture,and spiritual culture in the corporate culture.Then this study points out that corporate culture construction is influenced by wuli factors,shili factors and renli factors.By refining the influence of each dimension and their impacts and paths,the influencing factor system of corporate culture is constructed,and theoretical hypotheses are put forward at the same time.Then,a theoretical model is constructed.In order to conduct a normative empirical research,the actual datas are collected through questionnaires.And then SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical analysis software are used to do the data analysis,measurement model fitting test,and structural equation model test.According to the analysis of the results,the hypothesis is verified.And it is concluded that the three-dimensional factors have a positive impact on the implementation of corporate culture construction.Accoroding to the degree of influence,the factors are renli dimension factors,wuli dimension factors and shili dimension factors.Finally,combining theoretical research and empirical test analysis,the relevant measures are put forward to guarantee the implementation effect of corporate culture construction.First,corporate culture should be promote by "materials" to enrich the corporate's material culture.Second,corporate culture should be guaranteed by "things" to perfect corporate culture system.Third,corporate culture should be tested by "people" to sublimate corporate culture.
