Under the enthusiasm of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",it has stimulated the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of the civilian public. The reform of the commercial system has further reduced the threshold for company registration, and the number of new registration market entities in China has begun to grow rapidly.A large number of start-ups have formed a potentially huge office market. In this context,co-working spaces have emerged as the times require. As an office carrier for start-ups,co-working space has responded to the country's call for "business startups and innovation" and implemented the "business startups and innovation" policy. At the same time,co-working space is part of the sharing economy and plays an important role in optimizing resource allocation and increasing the utilization of idle resources. Therefore, the development of co-working space has positive significance for promoting the "business startups and innovation" development, driving employment, promoting economic growth, and optimizing resource allocation.By analyzing the development status of co-working space, the article finds that the scale and level of co-working space development in eastern regions and first-tier cities is much higher than that in other regions and cities, and shows a trend of extending to other regions and cities.Combining with the operation process of co-working space, the dilemma of co-working space in China at the resource supply level, service supply level and user level is proposed.First, resource access is limited, which is mainly manifested in the single access to land resources, the rising cost of land acquisition, and the greater risk of land resource acquisition.Second, the profit model is single, mainly because rental income accounts for a relatively large proportion of operating income and value-added business accounts for a relatively small proportion.Thirdly, the user occupancy rate is low, mainly due to the small scale of the users, the concentration of the industries of the users, and the high industry concentration. The article uses binary logistic regression model to analyze the preference of co-working space users and finds that one is personal characteristics. Most of the users who enter the co-working space are young men.The main mode of travel is public transportation and the income level is moderate. The second is the industry characteristics of the enterprise. The companies that have settled in the co-workingspace are mainly IT Internet and e-commerce companies. These industries are technology-intensive industries and have relatively low requirements for entrepreneurship. The third aspect is the size of the enterprise. The number of enterprise teams in the co-working space is mainly 4-20.After sorting and summarizing, the thesis draws on the experience of related companies in the United States, the United Kingdom and other countries, and gives corresponding cracking strategies. One is the level of resource supply, including changing the cooperation model and using big data to improve the design. The second is the service supply level, including building user service platforms and expanding business. The third is the user level, including strengthening the professionalization of operational personnel and enriching the product line.
