China is a big manufacturing country,but it is not a strong manufacturing country.The level of enterprise informatization in production,operation and other aspects is low,resulting in a large number of human and financial resources consumption.At the same time,with the rapid increase of human cost in manufacturing industry,the labor bonus is no longer,but forces the upgrading of manufacturing industry.In March 2015,Premier Li Keqiang put forward the grand plan of "made in China 2025" for the first time when he made the government work report at the national two sessions.From the perspective of national strategy,it is pointed out that China's manufacturing industry should realize the transformation from factor driven to innovation driven innovation,from low-cost competitive advantage to benefit competitive advantage,from extensive manufacturing with large resource consumption and more pollutant emissions to green manufacturing,and from production-oriented manufacturing to service-oriented manufacturing in the future.JZ company is a military enterprise engaged in the development and production of air traffic control secondary radar system,and has become a larger domestic military and civil air traffic control system and secondary radar system development,production and export base.With the continuous advancement of national reform,domestic military enterprises are facing increasingly intensified competition,on the one hand,the clients and the military supervisory units have strengthened the control and assessment of the company's performance on schedule,quality and quantity.On the other hand,more high-quality private enterprises enter the military industry,enterprises face more competition and challenges.Domestic military enterprises need rapid development to cope with the changes in the external environment.In this paper,JZ company is taken as the research object.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the company's production scheduling,it is found that the company mainly has complex production scheduling process,long cycle,and needs to spend a lot of manpower and material resources.Inaccurate production scheduling and inaccurate delivery time seriously affect the image of the company,etc.After studying the development of APS(advanced planned production scheduling)production scheduling theory at home and abroad,an aps-based production scheduling optimization strategy was proposed,by collecting and sorting out the production data of JZ's products produced in the third quarter of 2019,the modeling method based on constraint theory and APS algorithm based on bottleneck constraint were selected to carry out simulation scheduling,the accurate production schedule for the third quarter of 2019 can provide accurate data support for the company's marketing personnel,communicate with customers in advance,ensure the company's reputation and improve its competitiveness.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,it can provide reference for the company's subsequent informatization construction,especially the informatization of production scheduling,and play a guiding role in the actual production scheduling.
