In the context of China's strong support for the development of the housing rental market,as a new form of housing rental market,the centralized long-term rental apartment has attracted much attention,and driven by policy support,capital support and rental demand,the rapid development.However,as the centralized long-rent apartment is still in its infancy in China,there are still a series of problems in its development,especially the low service value.In order to continue to maintain a healthy and sustainable development,it is imperative to understand the shortcomings of our own services and improve the service value.However,at present,the research on the value of the centralized long-term rental apartment service is almost blank.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the strategy to improve the service value of centralized long-rented apartments,which not only makes up for the deficiencies of current studies,but also provides help for promoting the healthy and sustainable development of centralized long-rented apartments market.The research object of this paper is the centralized long-term rental apartment service in Zhengzhou.First,summarize the research background and significance of the paper,confirm that the theoretical research foundation of the paper is the theory of service value from the customer's perspective and the theory of customer perceived total value,and put forward the research ideas and innovation points of the paper.Secondly,the research object of this paper is the tenants of centralized long-rented apartment stores in Zhengzhou city.By using the research data and using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,the service value of centralized long-rented apartment in Zhengzhou city is evaluated.Then,the paper analyzes the problems and causes of centralized long rent apartment service in Zhengzhou,so as to provide practical support for the improvement of the value of centralized long rent apartment service.Finally,based on the actual situation of the service value of centralized long rent apartments in Zhengzhou city,the author proposes the corresponding strategies to improve the service value of centralized long rent apartments in Zhengzhou city.The conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,to construct an index systemsuitable for the evaluation of the service value of centralized long-rented apartment.Second,the overall service value level of centralized long-rented apartments in Zhengzhou is low,and problems in service quality,service management system and service consciousness are prominent.Third,Zhengzhou tenants pay more attention to the value of centralized long-term rental apartment services.Fourthly,it evaluates the status quo of the service value of centralized long rent apartments in Zhengzhou,analyzes and summarizes the service problems and causes,and proposes the improvement strategy of the service value of centralized long rent apartments.
