Research On The Transformation Of F Real Estate Company

Since the reform and opening-up,China’s rapid economic development,the booming real estate market,in the national economy and people’s livelihood occupy an increasingly important position.In recent years,the national multi-dimensional regulation and control policies for the domestic real estate industry have been introduced one after another.Using economic and financial means as well as administrative means,taking monetary policy,financing policy,land transfer policy,taxation and real estate transaction policy as the grasp,to strictly control the real estate industry facing the risk of bubbles,the traditional real estate model has been seriously impacted,and the real estate enterprises have to adjust the industrial structure or implement strategic transformation to survive and develop.This article mainly through the financial index analysis and the case study method,launches to F Real Estate Company’s transformation research analysis.This paper first briefly introduces the current situation of the domestic real estate industry,the macro-economic situation,and then introduces the basic situation,financial situation,financing difficulties and operational management risks of Jiangsu F real estate company,then through the analysis of the company’s external environment,industrial environment,internal resources and advantages,in view of the analysis of F real estate status of the motivation for enterprise transformation,SWOT analysis,summed up the transformation positioning and business competition strategy,then it analyzes the implementation of the strategy after the company makes the strategic decision.Then through the analysis of financial indicators,verify the company’s operations in recent years,financial situation,the company’s strategic transformation of the validation and analysis,and finally summarize the conclusions of this paper.
