Evaluation Of Industry Undertaking Capability And Study Of Industrial Types In Different Regions Of Hebei Province

Industrial transfer is a hot topic of scholars since the beginning of the 21 st century in domestic regional economics and related fields.After the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin,and Hebei in 2014 became a national strategy,the problem of industrial transfer related to Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration began to be increasingly affected.Beijing reliefs the industries,and Hebei undertakes industries,whether from the perspective of industrial gradient or production costs are inevitable,and this is also an effective way to achieve coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.So,to study the industrial undertaking capacity of Hebei Province,especially the ability of microcosmic acceptance of industries in various cities,is to define the local development stage and the types of industries suitable for undertaking,and to play a role in guiding the process of industrial transfer and the formulation of policies.Avoiding too radical or too backward hinders the development of synergy.Entering the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period,Hebei Province has ushered in a new opportunity for development.The economic development momentum continues unabated,and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure continue to advance.However,the development gap between Beijing and Tianjin is still very large,and the industry has a long way to go.Based on the theory of regional division of labor,industrial transfer theory,and industry acceptance theory,this paper summarizes literature contributions of domestic and foreign scholars on the causes and effects of industrial transfer,and combines the development status of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,and cities in Hebei as follows.The empirical analysis in two aspects:(1)Established the index system of industrial development capacity,industry support capacity,and industry attraction capacity,and used the principal component analysis method to score and rank the comprehensive industrial undertaking capacity and single factor of each city in Hebei Province.And use gradient analysis to divide them into different gradients.(2)Using the industrial gradient coefficient of the additional ecological index,calculate the industrial gradient coefficient of the manufacturing industry in each city of Hebei Province,summarizing the types of industries with industrial gradient coefficients greater than 1 in each city,and making a detailed understanding of the dominant industries in each city.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The industrial undertaking capacity of all cities in Hebei Province has shown an upward trend,but the differences in the industrial undertaking capacity of different cities are relatively large.(2)The cities ranked top in the overall ranking are mostly ranked by the factors under the respective factors,indicating that these cities have advantages in terms of their economic strength and industrial support.(3)Some cities with weak integrated undertakings rank high in some factors,indicating that the development potential of these cities should not be underestimated.(4)Due to factors such as the level of production technology,ecological environment,and other factors,competitive industries that can be selected vary from city to city,so do not blindly compete in the undertaking.
