In recent years,the frequent exposure of toxic garlic,toxic cowpea,toxic strawberry and other agricultural product quality and safety events have aroused widespread concern of the society,the issue of agricultural product quality and safety is imminent.Choosing scale operation is the only way for Chinese agriculture,since the first mention of the meaning of family farms at the Party meeting in 2008,the country has gradually attached importance to it.However,it must be recognized that the development of family farms in China started late,which is not mature and standardized compared with foreign countries.We need to guide family farms to implement safe production behavior,which can ensure the safety of agricultural products and promote agricultural modernization,which has great practical significance.This paper carefully combs the production behavior literature of family farms safety agricultural products,and through a questionnaire survey of 360 vegetable family farms in Jiangsu Province,324 groups of effective sample data are finally obtained.On this basis,this paper clarifies the influencing factors of safe vegetable production behavior of family farms in this paper,including psychological factors,individual characteristics of farmers,farms characteristics,cognitive level of relevant knowledge,market factors and policy support factors,and establishes a theoretical model.Then,using structural equation model and binary logistic model,this paper comprehensively analyzes the safe vegetable production behavior of family farms.It shows that both behavioral attitude and perceived behavioral control have significant positive effects on the intention of family farms to implement safe vegetable production,and perceived behavioral control can also affect the behavioral intention through the intermediary role of behavioral attitude;subjective norms indirectly promote behavioral intention by mediating behavioral attitude and perceptual behavioral control;The education level of farmers,whether the family farms join the cooperative,the understanding of the technical specifications of high-quality and safe vegetable cultivation,the main sales channels of the vegetables produced,and the expected income can significantly affect the implementation of safe production behavior;the cognition level of farmers on the quality and safety impact of pesticide residue vegetables also has a greater impact on the implementation of safe production behavior of the family farms Significant impact.Finally,suggestions on promoting safe production in family farms are provided:(1)To promote the development of organization and form market advantage;(2)To improve the training quality of family farms and provide more systematic technical guidance;(3)To strengthen quality inspection and promote the development of inspection technology;(4)To improve the quality certification system for vegetables,and formulate reasonable regulations for charging for quality certification;(5)To guide brand building and optimize audit process;(6)The government should pay attention to the coordination of agricultural supporting management and department work;(7)To increase financial support to alleviate the shortage of farms' funds.
