In recent years,with the gradual saturation of shopping malls across the country,the construction of traditional shopping malls has gradually exposed many problems:(1)blind site selection and insufficient market research,resulting in unreasonable shopping mall site selection;(2)unbalanced spatial distribution Many shopping malls are often piled up in some high-quality areas,resulting in vicious competition between each other;(3)Lack of site selection model.At present,most shopping malls are still based on macro-level market research and lack of a systematic analysis.Location model for multiple impact factors.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes a shopping center location research system based on GIS technology and fuzzy AHP method,and takes the main urban area of Yangzhou as the main body of study.With the help of this location model,the analysis shows that the main urban area of Yangzhou is the most suitable for building a shopping center Area.The main research work and research results of this article are as follows(1)Based on GIS technology,preliminary selection of areas suitable for the construction of shopping centers in Yangzhou City.Through the preliminary screening of the five types of vector analysis of the city's land use classification map,road traffic buffer map,shopping center distribution buffer map,bus stop distribution buffer map,and residential area distribution Tyson polygon,the main urban area of Yangzhou is suitable for construction.Collection of shopping mall locations.In order to further refine the most suitable construction area of Yangzhou shopping mall,the collection is summarized into three candidate business districts:Times Square business district,Wanda business district and Jinghua city business district,which is convenient for the three major business districts with the help of fuzzy AHP method.Quantitative analysis and comparison in the circle,and finally determine the best construction area of Yangzhou shopping center.(2)Based on the fuzzy AHP method,construct an index evaluation system for the location of shopping centers in Yangzhou City.Combining the characteristics of the three major business districts,the factors that affect the location of shopping malls are further subdivided into four first-level indicators and 13 second-level indicators.The structure of the indicator evaluation system based on the affiliation between different indicators includes::Demand layer,criterion layer,and indicator layer;and then use the AHP method to calculate the corresponding indicator weights of each structural layer,forming an indicator evaluation system with clear indicator weights and clear indicator structure.Thirteen secondary indicators are subdivided into seven quantitative indicators and six qualitative indicators.For quantitative indicators,constructive membership interpolation function is used,and normalization is performed to determine the evaluation value of the membership of each indicator;for qualitative indicators,experts are used.The scoring method determines the evaluation value of the membership of each index.(3)Empirical analysis of location selection of shopping centers in Yangzhou City.Based on the specific values of the 13 secondary indicators of the three major business districts in Yangzhou,the above evaluation methods were used to evaluate the indicators of the three major business districts respectively,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results of the three business districts were obtained.The evaluation results of the Times Square business circle u1(good)=0.199,u2(better)=0.394;the evaluation results of the Wanda business circle u1(good)=0.587,u2(better)=0.276;the evaluation results of the Jinghua city business circle u1(good)=0.528,u2(better)=0.306,so it is considered that the area around the Wanda commercial district is currently the most suitable area for the construction of shopping centers in the main urban area of Yangzhou.
