Research On Critical Factors Successes Of Transport Infrastructure PPP Projects

At present,as China's economic growth enters a new normal,the rigid demand for transportation infrastructure in economic development has increased rapidly.Therefore,the development of transportation infrastructure using the PPP model has gradually received attention.In the practice of the transportation infrastructure PPP project,due to the large number of stakeholders and the complexity,quasi-operability and long-term nature of the project operation,the project signing rate is low and the project Less implementation.With the continuous growth of transportation infrastructure PPP projects,studying the success factors and mechanisms of transportation infrastructure PPP projects has become the focus of academic and practical circles.In this context,this article will use the combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods based on grounded theory and fuzzy-DEMATEL model to analyze the factors that influence the success of PPP in transportation infrastructure,and identify and screen out 8 key factors that affect the success of transportation.The successful implementation of the facility's PPP project provides corresponding references.First of all,this article takes the transportation infrastructure PPP project as the research object,based on a systematic review of relevant literature on the factors affecting the success of transportation infrastructure PPP projects at home and abroad,using a grounded theory method,combining the characteristics of the transportation infrastructure implementation project and the PPP model,using 25 typical success cases,after three levels of coding and storyline combing,31 success factors were identified first.Secondly,through the use of MATLAB software to further analyze the identified factors affecting the success of transportation infrastructure PPP projects.By inviting experts and scholars who are engaged in PPP field research to compare the success factors in the list in pairs,they have a total of 5 levels from “no effect” to “very influential”,and use the corresponding fuzzy semantic conversion table forcorresponding conversion.The centrality and cause of 31 success factors were obtained,and the eight critical success factors in the first quadrant were finally identified using quadrant analysis.Finally,combined with actual cases,summarize the key success factors found,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
