Research On Success Factors Of Public-Private Partnerships In Transportation Infrastructure

At present,our country economy enters the new normal and transport infrastructure rigid demand increases.In addition,the PPP is gradually attention,development of transport infrastructure and in the process of transportation infrastructure PPP project practice,due to its many stakeholders,the complexity of the project operation and management,long-term,signing rate is low,the whole life of the project stage less successful.As transportation infrastructure PPP project is growing,the transport infrastructure PPP project success of the key factors and mechanism,the focus of common focus in academia and practice.In this background,this paper will be based on the structural equation model,combining with qualitative and quantitative research methods,and analysis of traffic infrastructure PPP project success factors and the mechanism.So that,transport infrastructure PPP project success will provide certain reference.First of all,the paper in transportation infrastructure PPP project as the research object,on the basis of the system combing the domestic and foreign related research,combining with the characteristics of the traffic infrastructure PPP projects,key success factors theory,after reading a large number of related literature and analysis of traffic infrastructure PPP project case,the identified 23 factors contribute to the success of transport infrastructure PPP,and return it as the government ability,the ability of investors to participate in participation,moreover,the PPP project construction of cooperation environment,the market economy environment,ability to operate five categories,and build with stakeholders aim,and to evaluate the full life cycle transport infrastructure PPP project success target system,design a "traffic infrastructure PPP project success factors questionnaire".Secondly,based on the theory of structural equation model construction of transport infrastructure PPP project success factors,which using the statistical software SPSS22.0 to 233 copies of questionnaires by confirmatory factor analysis,reliability and validity inspection not only prove the validity of the questionnaire data,what's more prove the rationality of the initial model building,traffic infrastructure PPP project success factors for the analysis data basis.Eventually,the article uses AMOS22.0 statistical software for the construction of transport infrastructure PPP project success factors model evaluation,in to ten times the model after modification and optimization,the model fitting effect is good response of the theory and practice of the inner link.Through path analysis and Cohen's boundary standard,transport infrastructure PPP project successful implementation of five paths and various factors the influence degree of the successful implementation of the project,according to the factors influence project success factors can be divided into primary,secondary,tertiary,and find out the key factors influencing the transport infrastructure PPP project success,and according to the successful factors path and coefficient,transport infrastructure PPP project countermeasures and Suggestions are put forward.
