Human resource management is an important part of modern enterprise management,and it is the power source and fundamental guarantee of enterprise sustainable development.In the increasingly fierce market competition in modern society,"human" is the most important property and resource of an enterprise,and excellent employees are the important factors that determine the rise and fall of an enterprise.As an intermediary organization providing comprehensive professional financial services,the professional ability and quality of employees are the core factors that determine the development of accounting firms.At present,many accounting firms are faced with the problem of employee turnover.In order to retain and cultivate employees,it is necessary to improve the human resource management system and study and explore effective countermeasures.In this paper,Henan SJ accounting firm is taken as the research object.In recent years,the problem of employee turnover is serious,so the urgent task is to effectively improve the problem of employee turnover.First of all,through the literature research method,this paper reviews and collects the domestic and foreign research theories about employee turnover,and determines that the theoretical basis of this paper is the demand level theory,the two factor theory and the expectation theory.Secondly,through interview and statistical analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of SJ accounting firm's staff turnover and human resource management,and analyzes the main reasons for staff turnover: lack of good corporate culture,unscientific incentive mechanism,imperfect salary and welfare system,and imperfect employee training system.Finally,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions for the above reasons,that is,to build a firm culture,to develop an accurate and open incentive mechanism,to establish and improve the salary and welfare system,to strengthen the training of talents and career planning.I hope to provide some help for reducing employee turnover rate and building a high-quality staff team.The practical research and analysis of this paper can not only help Henan SJ accounting firm to solve the problem of staff turnover,but also provide certain reference significance and reference value for other accounting affairs in the same industry to solve the problem of staff turnover.
