Research On Optimization Of Centralized Financial Accounting PB Bank Guangxi Branch

This paper introduces the achievements and main problems in the practice of centralized financial accounting of PB Bank Guangxi Branch.Through data analysis,questionnaire survey,field visits and other methods,the author makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the centralized financial accounting process of PB Bank Guangxi Branch,and finds that the essence of the problems in the centralized financial accounting process of PB Bank Guangxi Branch is the loopholes in corporate financial management and internal control.And put forward targeted measures to further promote PB Bank Guangxi Branch financial centralized accounting optimization.By studying the problems existing in the centralized financial accounting of PB Bank Guangxi Branch,this paper puts forward feasible optimization suggestions such as "enabling science and technology,optimizing the reimbursement experience",improving the system construction,strengthening human resource management,and building the internal control system.It provides reference for PB Bank Guangxi Branch to establish "centralized,fine,normative and standard" financial accounting system,improve financial management level and financial risk prevention and control ability.At the same time,it has certain reference significance for other commercial banks to promote financial centralized accounting.
