In the context of increasingly fierce market competition,XX City Investment Company,as a special enterprise subject,is subject to its deformed system and mechanism,and it cannot fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the employees of the company,especially the management.The level of treatment does not match the management's contribution to the enterprise,resulting in lower and lower management efficiency.However,due to actual needs,local governments had to do their utmost to maintain the normal operation of urban investment companies.For this reason,how to make local urban investment companies survive and maximize profits has become an urgent problem to be solved by governments at all levels.This study takes the solution of the above problems as the starting point and goal,and takes the incentive system of the management of XX City Investment Company as the research object.First,it discusses the research background,research significance,research content,and research methods.Second,it explains the relevant theories,especially the definition of some concepts involved in the research.The third is through questionnaires,face-to-face interviews,etc.The current status of the management incentive system of XX City Investment Company was comprehensively diagnosed;on the basis of this,the management team of XX City Investment Company was divided into three categories to analyze the incentive intensity,and the assessment system and incentive system were proposed in a targeted Optimization plan;Finally,the guarantee measures for the optimal design of the management incentive system are proposed.The research results show that different management has different incentive needs,and the intensity of the incentive measures is not the same.The optimal design of the management incentive system must be classified and implemented in order to achieve the purpose of effective incentives.The study also found that for companies such as XX City Investment Corporation,not only should the salary incentives be improved,including basic salary,performance annual salary,mid-and long-term incentives,but also the application of political incentives.At the same time,this paper also studies the safeguard measures for the implementation of the management incentive system optimization program,and puts forward four safeguard measures in terms of organizational guarantee,system guarantee,training guarantee,and cultural guarantee.In addition,this research hopes to provide relevant ideas for XX City Investment Company to improve the management incentive system,and also hopes to provide reference and reference for the optimization of the management incentive system of more than 4,000 similar companies across the country.
