Rapid economic development will inevitably lead to unfair income distribution.In addition,China's widespread urban-rural dual economic development model has not been effectively changed,which makes the income gap between urban and rural areas increasingly disparate,which seriously hinders healthy economic development,social justice,harmony and comprehensiveness.The pace of achieving a well-off society.A good society should be a harmonious and just society with equal opportunities.Therefore,China has incorporated the development of inclusive finance into the country's top-level design.The inclusive business continues to advance,and the "version" of inclusive finance is also iteratively upgraded.Digital inclusive finance incorporating digital technology relies on the Internet,smart mobile terminals and other media to direct financial resources to rural areas and more remote areas to make up for traditional inclusive finance.There are many deficiencies such as high operating costs caused by relying on offline physical outlets for financial services and narrow service coverage.In the ten years from 2010,Jiangxi Province's urban-rural income gap has continued to increase,and the differences between cities are also different.Whether the overall economy is relatively backward and the income gap is contradictory,can Jiangxi Province use digital inclusive finance to reverse urban-rural development?The severe situation of widening income gap is worth exploring and further studying.This article first introduces the relevant research theories such as income distribution theory,inclusive growth theory,and uses domestic and foreign research results on digital inclusive finance and income distribution to sort out the three figures of alleviating the exclusion effect,indirect poverty reduction,and lowering the financial threshold effect.The impact mechanism of inclusive finance on the urban-rural income gap.Then systematically explain the development process,significance and corresponding evaluation methods of digital inclusive finance,and analyze the overall and regional characteristics of digital inclusive development in Jiangxi Province in detail.At the same time,in order to scientifically and comprehensively measure the urban-rural income gap,the thesis selects the Theil index as the evaluation method,analyzes the current situation of income gap in various cities in Jiangxi Province,and finally uses a threshold model for empirical research.Collecting relevant data of eleven prefectures and cities in Jiangxi Province from 2011 to 2018,using foreign investment,public financial expenditure,per capita GDP,and industrial structure as indicators of control variables,and using Peking University's Digital Inclusive Financial Index as explanatory variables and threshold indicators,And the Theil index of the explanatory variable.The study found that there is a single threshold,and the eleven cities are divided into two types of areas of digital inclusiveness.The threshold estimation results show that the development of digital inclusive finance in Jiangxi Province has a significant effect on inhibiting the expansion of the urban-rural income gap and the higher the degree of digital inclusiveness.The stronger its convergence effect,the industrial structure,foreign investment and public financial expenditure in the control variables show varying degrees of convergence,and the control variable of economic growth will widen the urban-rural income gap.Finally,in order to give full play to the role of digital inclusive finance in reducing the urban-rural income gap in Jiangxi Province,this article provides a sound digital inclusive finance legal system,strengthens the use of digital inclusive finance,accelerates the innovation of digital financial products in rural areas,and increases the construction of digital infrastructure.Suggestions on four aspects.
