The introduction of E-commerce O2O model has attracted the attention of domestic entrepreneurs and Internet elites.This mode is applied to the life service and group purchase E-commerce industry.With the rapid development of mobile Internet in China,online shopping has become the fashion of Chinese people in the new era,thus spawning the E-commerce O2O shared service platform.The new Jiangxi enterprise Cyber Technology Co.Ltd.was born during this period,and created the nationalwide Internet innovation and entrepreneurship platform,which is the core of the Internet plus county economy.It is also called the "Horse Butler" O2O sharing service platform.The market competition is ultimately brand competition,brand is the core competitiveness of enterprises,brand cultivation will become an important issue in the Internet field of the new era.Brand cultivation needs to constantly optimize the brand management system,form brand recognition,brand image,strengthen brand loyalty,thus produce brand value.The research on the brand cultivation of the shared service platform is the demand of E-commerce development in the new era,which has certain application value.This paper studies and analyzes the brand identification,brand image and customer relationship of the O2O shared service platform of "Horse Butler",analyzes its internal and external competitive environment by PEST analysis and SWOT,further combs the current situation of brand cultivation of "Horse Butler" O2O shared service platform,and puts forward the questions,thus proposed the corresponding brand cultivation strategy and the implementation safeguard measure.This paper is divided into seven chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction,Chapter 2 is the summary of the theory of O2O sharing service platform brand cultivation,and chapter 3 is the current situation of "Horse Butler" O2O sharing service platform brand cultivation Chapter 4 is the analysis of the environment of the "Horse Butler" O2O shared service platform,Chapter 5 is the strategy analysis of brand cultivation of "horse Butler" O2O shared service platform,Chapter 6 is the safeguard measures for the brand cultivation of "Horse Butler" O2O Sharing Service Platform,and Chapter 7 is the conclusion and prospect.Through the study of "Horse Butler" O2O sharing service platform,it is found that brand cultivation needs to constantly improve and optimize brand management,enhance brand recognition and brand image,strengthen customer relationship to cultivate customer loyalty,so as to produce brand value and seize the market commanding heights in the Internet era.This study has a certain practical application value to enhance the core competitiveness of "Horse Butler" O2O sharing service platform brand and create a new era of well-known brands.
