Research On Pricing Of Home Care Service Platform Under The Background Of Sharing Economy

China has become one of the largest aging countries in the world.With the aging problems becoming increasingly prominent,the contradiction between the increasing demand for elderly care services and the limited supply of resources for the elderly It has become a "pain point" in contemporary society,and how to "support for the elderly" has become a major social issue.With the continuous development and application of science and technology,the combination of Internet technology and service industry has become a trend of social development.One of them is the rapid rise of the Internet-based sharing economy platform,which provides important ideas for solving the problem of old age.These new sharing economy platforms can greatly improve the efficiency of matching supply and demand.At the same time,their flexible and novel pricing methods have attracted people's attention.This paper firstly determines the research background,research objects and research questions through literature review,and then uses basic theories such as income management theory and contract economics principles to clarify the feasibility of research.By constructing mathematical models,designing numerical analysis and other means,the problems are thoroughly researched,and conclusions are drawn and reasonable suggestions are put forward.Firstly,consider a home care service platform that provides homogeneous services and a shared economy,and establish an incentive and constraint model under the premise of different demand levels,in order to maximize the profit of the home care service platform on the premise of meeting the welfare status of service personnel.Three feasible pricing contracts have been constructed: fixed contract,fixed ratio contract and dynamic contract.Through analysis and calculation,the optimal pricing strategies of the three types of contracts are obtained,and then the three types of pricing contracts are compared.The dynamic contract is the best of the three types of contract.Secondly,consider a sharing economy of home care service platform that provides multiple service types,and based on the MNL selection model,in the form of economiccontract pricing,studied three reasonable pricing methods for the home care service platform: customer free contract,customer charging contract Dynamic charging contracts,thus extending the pricing of single-product services to the pricing of multiple product services.The results can be obtained through analysis and comparison.When the home care service platform of the sharing economy adopts dynamic contract pricing,the profit can reach the maximum.Finally,through the aforementioned analysis results,analyze how the home care service platform should formulate and select pricing contracts in reality,and put forward some suggestions for the rational operation of the home care service platform of the shared economy,in order to facilitate the healthy operation.
