Research On The Effect Of Increasing Farmers' Tourism In Ethnic Areas

In the country's Rural Revitalization Strategy and precise poverty alleviation strategy,both emphasize that increasing farmers' income is the key,multi-channel,multi-mode and multi-method to achieve farmers' income is an important requirement of precise poverty alleviation strategy,tourism has the characteristics of many related industries and large driving areas,and is becoming the first choice for each region to realize the two national strategies.Due to the regional particularity,folk custom particularity and the lag of economic development,there are not only advantages,but also obstacles and contradictions in the development of tourism industry and the realization of tourism income increase in ethnic areas,and its tourism income increase effect has its own characteristics compared with other areas.In order to explore the actual effect of increasing tourism income in ethnic areas,based on the particularity of ethnic areas,this paper takes Xiushan County of Chongqing as an example to explore the specific impact of tourism development on the effect of increasing farmers' income in ethnic areas.The details are as follows:First of all,the interaction mechanism between tourism development and farmers' income is explored through theoretical analysis.Relevant research found that under the special conditions,geographical location,farmers' subjective conditions,industrial structure,infrastructure and other factors directly or indirectly restrict the sustainable income growth of farmers in ethnic areas.To achieve the strategic goal of increasing farmers' income,we must transform the above constraints and give full play to the advantages of ethnic areas.The results show that tourism has a significant "development pole" driving effect.With the vigorous development and steady progress of tourism,it has promoted the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in ethnic areas,widened the income channels in ethnic areas,transferred and absorbed the surplus labor force in ethnic areas,reversed the constraints of unfavorable location conditions on the economic development of ethnic areas,improved the necessary infrastructure for the economic development of ethnic areas,and constructed the participation and profit sharing of tourism development farmers Tourism development mode directly or indirectly promotes the growth of farmers' income.Secondly,it analyzes the overall tourism economic development and farmers' income of Xiushan County.The relevant results show that the tourism development of Xiushan County is changing from regional tourism to global tourism,and the tourism industry is constantly optimized and upgraded.On the whole,the development mode led by the benefit oriented tourism industry is implemented.There is still a quantitative development mode in the backward areas of the county,and the quality-oriented tourism management income gradually replaces the extensive one as the leading development direction.Relevant statistical data before and after the 12 th Five Year Plan show that Xiushan County has made a significant breakthrough in tourism development,and its tourism revenue has been significantly improved.The three-step strategy of tourism in the whole region has achieved the first two steps,and the per capita income of farmers has increased year by year.However,the unbalanced development of regional tourism,the large gap between urban and rural areas,and the unsustainable income of farmers still exist.Finally,through panel data econometric analysis,through the research results of fixed effect model,it is found that the tourism development of Xiushan County can indeed drive the growth of farmers' income,with the increase effect of 4.13%,and the increase effect of tourism development of Xiushan County can maintain at 0.93%;the increase effect of tourism development of Xiushan County has obvious regional differences;the tourism development of four major districts of Xiushan County has obvious regional differences There are obvious time differences in the effect of income increase of development.
